Third floor:
- A lounge area with TV and double sofa bed
- Access to the rooftop

For even greater comfort, the owners provide the following additional facilities: gas barbecue, washing machine, plancha, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A south-facing rooftop terrace of around 25 m² with a view of the rock. Furniture available to make the most of the fine weather

The house is ideally located in Cotignac, in very pleasant surroundings. All the essential shops are close by, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
