The pool was fantastic. Beds were comfortable and overall appearance of home was great. There were a few things that would be easy to fix and give a greater value to the amount spent:Electricity- open electrical box in kitchen, many of lights didn’t work, outside fan did not work, toilet water ran constantly, stairs to pool were dangerously slippery, the grill only has 3 legs and doesn’t work very well, first aid kit, empty and expired, kitchen knives beyond dull. Overall - a great experience and fantastic visit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location of the house was perfect! It was in a quiet area, and we could still walk anywhere on Duval within a few minutes. The pool was fantastic and beds very comfortable.

Beautiful home in a great location. Close to everything. Pool was amazing - warm water so welcoming even on a cool day! Back yard setting was private and tropical. Home was comfortable and had everything we needed. Host was great with clear check-in information and quick to respond to a question. We would definitely stay here again.

We rode the Key West Express and arrived around noon. We were able to get into the house right away. My family and I absolutely loved everything about this home. The space, pool & location were perfect.

We came and stayed for 3 nights, my wife and my service animal. We had a great time, the location is excellent, the house with the private pool was also exactly what we wanted and it was perfect. We did have a couple of minor issues that should be noted.I had received bites while sleeping in the master bedroom that resembled bed bug bites. I cant confirm there were bed bugs but the bites looked exactly like it. The only other issue was with check out. The cleaning lady showed up almost 15 minutes before we had to be checked out, after I let the property manager know we would be checking out exactly at check out time via text, because they asked. I told her we weren't ready yet and she sat and waited on the porch while i continued to load the car. This can be handled better.We would consider staying again next time we come back.

Wonderful Stay! The house was in a perfect location to explore Old Town Key West. The house was very clean, the beds were so comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the pool was icing on the cake. We would stay there again without hesitation. We were able to find on street parking close to the house. Even if we hadn't found on street parking, there was a pay to park lot about 2 blocks North on Southard that seemed to always have open spaces. Being a little older, we would Uber to Mallory Square and then spend our time walking back down Duval. When we were in the Margaritaville store a few blocks away, We purchased a Lost Shaker of salt salt shaker that will fondly remind us of our stay.The property manager was very responsive and made the check in process very easy. We are looking forward to a return trip and this house will be our first choice.

The backyard pool is magnificent! Plus the location can’t be beat. Walk to everything. Spacious, clean bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen. We couldn’t have asked for anything more. Highly recommend.

Absolutely amazing stay for our annual guys trip. Location is great, the place was spotless, and finding a place with with a pool just off of Duval located on this side of Duval is a true gem. The property service did an amazing job with communication.

We loved the house and really loved the location. We could get everywhere on foot. We loved spending the afternoons at the pool. Perfect for our teenagers. I stay at alot of rentals and rarely write reviews, but this place deserves one! Our party included myself and two best friends, and we loved all having our own space (note that the loft does not have a door like a traditional bedroom, but this worked for us). The space is gorgeous and airy, and very clean. The location was fantastic --close enough to walk easily to Duval, but far enough removed from noise/hustle and bustle. The outdoor spaces were inviting...the pool area felt very private and secluded and the front porch was great for morning coffee and sun. Highly recommend!

Comfortable sofa and chair in the living room, large primary bedroom with extra large bathroom. Nice size 2nd bedroom and 2nd shower. We didn't use the 2nd floor 3 Rd bedroom. It had a neat spiral staircase going up to it. The ceilings up there are low, but for kids or shorter people it would be fine, plus how much time do you spend just sitting in your bedroom when you could be out exploring Key West?!! The kitchen was nice and had everything we needed. The pool and landscaping are nice and well cared for. We were very happy and comfortable here. It was just me and my husband but we like having our own bathrooms and space. Plus some friends came by one evening and we had plenty of room to visit and have drinks with them.
