Stayed Oct 25, 2025Fabulous stay in this beautiful lodge. Fixtures and fittings were gorgeous and have been so well maintained. Rebecca and Ian were excellent hosts and kept us updated with information regarding our stay.Everything we needed was on hand to make our stay a home from home and the welcome pack was such a kind and very much appreciated gesture. The property is well situated within the grounds with less than a five minute walk to the leisure complex and pub. We can’t wait to stay here again.

Stayed Jun 18, 2025We had a perfect stay at Looney Dunes for a short break to visit Bempton Cliffs and Filey.The property was very well equipped and comfortable, with lots of extras that many holiday lets don’t include. It was also immaculate throughout. The lovely welcome pack was well received after a long day travelling. Looney Dunes is located in a good position, away from the road and paths through the complex, although it doesn’t feel like a holiday park at all.Rebecca was an excellent host, we appreciated the great communication and help with queries.We will certainly look to book Looney Dunes for our next stay in the area.

Stayed Aug 5, 2024This property is in a perfect location on the complex. The accommodation has more equipment than we could use and the complex is very understated - perfect for keeping children grounded during the summer holidays. I would definitely book again
