Belle House, Apt 6

The layout of the apartment was excellent, with all the utensils in the kitchen area. The proximity to the beach and shops. The bed was very comfortable. The Seagulls squawking all night ?

We have returned every year since these Belle House Apartments were built and can honestly say the standard hasn’t slipped. The cleanliness, attention to detail and the service we receive are top notch. They are conveniently located in the centre of Filey with an allocated parking space which a bonus! The apartments have everything you need, like a home from home. Nothing

Everything new and very clean, great location

Central location and parking was a bonus! I booked flat 6 because it was the only one available for my preferred dates but although I knew it was on the second floor I did find the stairs a challenge as I have mobility issues. That said It would not stop me booking again even if the second floor was the only one available.

Had a lovely week in Filey which was made by the quality of the accommodation. This was our second stay at the apartment and was as good as the first. The accommodation was very clean, maintained to an excellent standard and very well appointed. It was very conveniently located in the centre of town yet was quiet enough to be relaxing (apart from the seagulls). I would recommend this apartment without hesitation to anyone who wants to visit Filey The apartment was warm and I would imagine that during the recent hot weather it would be unbearable (but so was most accommodation). Whilst a good cooling tower was provided I would recommend a second one for the bedroom(s)

As always the apartment was spotlessly clean. These apartments are perfectly located in Filey. We bumped into Emma whilst out on the Monday morning, the weather was awful and we were waiting for a lift home because the clutch on my car had gone. She let us back into the apartment so we could keep warm and dry. She's an absolute star.

Roomy with quality furniture & equipment Nothing

the property was exceptionally clean and tidy, the property has a nice layout and you don't feel claustrophobic. The property is situated in the main shopping area of Filey and a 5 minute walk from the beach. I would also say a 2 minute walk from the best chippy in Filey situated on the same street !! A amazing stay

Clean and well equipped apartment in a perfect location Nothing really. A few minor issues: bedside lamp didn't work properly in double bedroom and twin room main light didn't function at the switch. Also, right hand side of toaster didn't function.

There is so much to like about this beautiful property. It's central location was perfect for our needs. The cleanliness of the apartment was exceptional. The owners have thought of everything you could need in the apartment - plenty of choice of cooking utensils, board games, good quality furnishings and bed linen. 2 functional bathrooms - a bath is always a bonus (thank you), as is an en suite for the main bedroom. There is plenty of storage for suitcases etc which lets you keep floor space to a maximum. The addition of a travel cot and highchair was very welcomed too. Additionally, arriving earlier than planned, I had good communication with the owner who let us enter the property early. Thank you Negative review In our party, 2 adults were in the twin bed room and this was difficult as the beds are very small (perhaps child size) and this caused difficulties with sleep - not much room to turnover and turning over in the night meant that you rested on the window frame/wall. We understand why this is - to make the best use of space but this might be worth mentioning when booking for other adult parties. Our apartment was on the top floor and inevitably, this is a struggle when moving luggage to and from the car park. The stairs were light and immaculately clean however, 2 of our party are disabled another pregnant and the other a 16month old so maybe expectations should be shared from the onset. We did manage but were perhaps more anxious about leaving the apartment on time than other able bodied people would be.

Its now our 5th visit this year For us these apartments do not disappoint. They are always immaculate thanks to housekeeping. For being in the centre of filey with parking they represent excellent value for money. Hopefully we will be back soon xx Nothing
