Property just as nice this time as first time
Excellent at responding to all our concerns and weather situation.
Our family had a wonderful week on Loon Lake. The setting is breathtakingly beautiful, serene, and peaceful. We spent most of the week on the dock, listening to the loons and to the quiet. The house had everything we needed, inside and out, including the 3 kayaks, a canoe, and a rowboat. Couldn't have asked for a better getaway vacation for relaxation and family togetherness.
Would go back again
We loved our stay and particularly the seclusion and beauty of the setting. Just what we wanted. The cabin was comfortable and well stocked. The only reason we didn't give a 5 star rating is that there's some finishing work that needs to be done. Nothing big. But we would be happy to return next year and recommend it to you.
The cabin was simple amazing and exceeded our expectations! Every little detail was carefully considered and attended to at the cabin and added to a perfect vacation! There was more than enough room for our large family, and there was plenty for us to do. The locals were friendly, and we were guided to the perfect spot to watch moose at dusk. We will definitely be back for another visit!
the back porch makes it! great to hide from the intense sun or rain. gates at either end keep kids and dogs in place. liked the double level dock, one on water and one further back to keep you out of wind. decent kayak entry. there is a preserved mountain lion that is a bit creepy. we would come back
Beautifully serene. Love the fact that no motors or fireworks at Loon Lake. Makes stress melt away.
Relaxing spot on a quiet lake. Loon calls (and loons) and no motors. Good spot for enjoying the view from the dock or deck or visiting local sites. Heater for chilly mornings. Small, but well-outfitted kitchen. Internet was good, but like most of the area, no phone service. A spot to really get away from it all.
Dock could use a bit of TLC!
