Wonderful house and host!

Everything was perfect. It was clean and comfortable. The back porch is amazing and the location is easy to get to.

We just completed our second stay at this property. It is a perfect place in the perfect location for our needs. Communication with the owner was quick and kind.

We enjoyed our stay at this listing. Space was quite adequate for our family's needs and appreciate the host allowed us to gather for a family meal. We were happy this unit was also pet friendly.

I appreciated the last one minute booking and great communication with the host when needed questions answered. Overall a great house i would definitely book again

First off, the house is located in a nice, quiet residential area. It looks well maintained and is just darling! Very comfortable and warm. The house was well stocked and in a nice location for shopping. I'd stay there again if need be.

Check in was very easy, enough beds and bathrooms for our large family, soft towels and great pillows! Kitchen was roomy enough for meal preparation. Would definitely stay here again.

It was great. The only thing wrong was the garbage deposal was not working when got there.

The weather was very hot. The house did not cool down even at night. We had to purchase fans and use all of the fans in the house. We do not know if the A/C was large enough or if it is need of repair. The upstairs was extremely hot. Also, the facility was not as clean as it could have been. The cleaning staff may need to put some extra time with more detailed cleaning. Also there were no extra trash liners. The only trash container that had a liner was in the kitchen. The bathroom containers did not have liners.

House was perfect for space. The upstairs bedrooms were hot and there were reviews that did say that prior to our stay and we were ther in June, but was hoping it to not be true. We made the best of it. There was some pet leftovers under one of the beds upstairs that I’m assuming just got missed while cleaning prior to our arrival, we cleaned it up and sprayed some smell good spray and that was over. Otherwise the house was perfect for the space we needed and location was great. Host was very responsive.

We were in town for a family reunion, and this location was ideal. The space was perfect for the 5 people in our party.

Our son was getting married at Cedar Valley Forest. The home was absolutely perfect for 11 people our dog. Neighborhood, convenient location & the home- we couldn’t find any flaws.

Beautifully decorated, comfortable home. Spotless, and great location in a quiet neighborhood. Very close to great shopping with lots of restaurants.

Stayed here a couple times, house is great for a place to land for a couple days, great location and would stay again.

This house was clean, comfortable, and just lovely! I always wonder about the showers so in case you do too, I’ll tell you- they are fantastic. Great water pressure. Plenty of space in all the rooms. The neighborhood is wonderful and the host was easy to work with. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat!

The house was just fine for us as we were not there much. But, it is just a bit tired and could benefit from an overhaul. Would have loved to sit outside in the covered porch, but without screens or windows, it was full of leaves and the furniture was dirty. Bedding could surely use some updating!! Otherwise, the place is just fine.

This was a really roomy house - decorated beautifully and very clean. The location was perfect -- just minutes from tons of shopping and groceries - and easy access to interstates to run into downtown Kansas City with no problem! Highly recommend and hope to stay here again!!! A fun small world coincidence -- the family we came to town to visit stopped by the vrbo to pick us up, and my cousin's daughter Fiona had actually been good friends with the owner's kid and spent many nights there before it became a rental property!!! Fiona Lowe and her mom Chystal say HI!!!

Stayed here multiple times. A comfortable house in a nice neighborhood, close to shopping, restaurants, KC, medical facilities and offices. Very well equipped. Highly recommend.

We came to Kansas to celebrate my father's 87th birthday. The house was perfect for our gathering.
