    Our gracious hosts, Peter and Joyce, provided a warm, welcoming, dog-friendly home for our month stay. They were kind enough to keep in touch from time to time to make sure things were going smoothly. The house was beautifully decorated (including many gorgeous quilts) and was spotless. The chefs kitchen was well-stocked with top notch culinary provisions. The beds were super comfy. The house location was ideal, close to grocery shopping (King Soopers, Sprouts, Whole Foods), backing up to a network of beautiful hiking/biking trails, with a park across the street. We HIGHLY recommend this awesome home!

    We stayed here for two months while having our house built. This is the best location in Longmont, easy access to any store you may need and easy access to Boulder and Rocky Mountain National Park. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and there are great trails for walking. In addition, The house had the most kitchen items of any house we have ever rented. The communication with Peter, the owner and Barney, the property manager was excellent. Overall a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend.

    The home worked great for a group of athletes in town training. It had everything they needed closed to good running and food options. Peter was great and communication was very good. He was accommodating and hospitable. We would definitely stay here again.

    Peter and Joyce were very welcoming and did everything they could to make my stay as comfortable as possible. The house was awesome and had everything I needed. Would highly recommend this house. Very close to Boulder.

    We stayed for the month of July. The house provided plenty of room for my husband and me, two young adult daughters, and our small dog. The location is perfect: within about 30 minutes, we could drive to Boulder or a variety of fantastic outdoor recreation spots. In about an hour, we could be in Estes Park or Fort Collins. Then, we could return to this quiet, family oriented neighborhood away from the crowds and parking challenges. Target and grocery stores are less than 10 minutes away. The house is well equipped: full-sized newer washer and dryer, a kitchen with more gadgets than mine at home, a nice gas grill...all the comforts and conveniences of home. Our daughters also enjoyed going to the community pool, a short walk away.

    We enjoyed the location, with proximity to shopping, as well as walking/running paths. The home is spacious, light filled, and clean with an amazingly comfortable king bed in the master suite. The Clarks were friendly and accommodating and provided us everything we needed. We plan on returning.

    I would highly recommend the Peter Clarke home. It is warm and inviting. Clean, spacious, very accommodating. My first experience with homeaway was above and beyond my expectations.
