Quiet, Walkable Prospect Retreat near Boulder, Denver, RMNP and Skiing

Very welcoming host, great location and neighborhood

Not only was Linda helpful and accommodating, the carriage house was amazing! Comfortable, clean, felt at home immediately, and had everything we needed. The location was fabulous for our day trips to Estes Park, Fort Collins, and Boulder. The Prospect neighborhood is very unique. We don't celebrate Halloween anymore, but we have to say that it was fun being amongst the trick-or-treaters' hoopla and looking at the houses. We enjoyed our stay so much that it was difficult to leave. We would definitely stay here again! There's much to explore in Longmont alone.

I needed a nice place to sleep near my son’s home. This carriage house was just perfect. Super clean and everything I needed.

Clean, cozy, and comfortable. This was perfect for my husband and me during our4 day stay in Longmont. The neighborhood allowed us to walk to businesses-bakery and dinner, and a quick drive to many of Longmont’s sites and experiences. And, an easy drive to Boulder.

We loved staying here! It was quiet, well maintained, clean and inviting. We came out for Ironman 70.3 Boulder and had a great stay. If we come back for the race in the future, we will definitely try to stay here again.

My wife and I are considering a move to Colorado, and we wanted a chance to spend some time getting to know the area. We chose this VRBO based on its proximity to bike paths and friends in the area. The carriage house apartment was very well appointed having everything we needed. The hosts, Linda and Chad, were very accommodating to some special needs we had. Our biggest surprise was the neighborhood in which the apartment was located—Prospect Newtown. Developed in the early 21st century, it has the feel of a traditional neighborhood that is walkable with a town center having shops and eateries. It was very reminiscent of the neighborhood in which I grew up. We very much enjoyed our stay and would seriously consider a return visit in the future.

Best experience with VRBO. The hosts were helpful and attentive. The location was wonerful. I stayed in the fall and the colors were breathtaking. Everything I needed for my stay was included in this cozy and clean carriage house. Highly reccomend staying here!

The property was cute and comfortable. Great neighborhood with pretty gardens for walking, and very dog friendly. Nice pizza place right in the neighborhood. Hosts were good communicators. Had a really nice stay.

This place is among my very top stays ever. Responsive and kind host (Linda), charming and quiet neighborhood, lovely space. Both cozy and expansive due to a fantastic design. Has everything you'd need - full kitchen, bath, laundry, bedroom with super comfy bed, living room, and a desk area. I just loved it. Stay here, you will enjoy it!

Cozy is an appropriate description for this lovely carriage house apartment. The neighborhood is a huge asset, too. There’s a fantastic coffee house in walking distance and restaurants and groceries are close by. If we come back to the area we will definitely try to stay there.
