Stayed Jan 1, 2024Had to begin a new job in Knoxville on Jan. 2nd, with little notice. I needed a furnished home that was a convenient location to work since I knew very little about the area. This place was perfect! It had everything needed for a long term stay...especially privacy. Laura was a great host. The only reason I needed to move out was that I needed a place for my dogs.

Stayed Jan 11, 2020This duplex is a great place to stay. It is nicely decorated. The beds are very comfortable. It is well stocked with virtually anything you could ever need. Carport and privacy screen are between the other side, making it feel like a completely separate home. Nice large yard, which is partially fenced. Laura, the property owner/manager, was very helpful and responsive. Would highly recommend this property and would most definitely stay here again.
