My home offers 4 bedrooms with 2.5 baths. One of the bedrooms is being used as a TV room. You will have the whole house to yourself during your stay!

Located in a quiet, single family suburban residential community less than 5 minutes from Sea World San Antonio and within 15 minutes of Fiesta Texas, the Rim and downtown San Antonio.

My home has been recently remodeled for your convenience and comfort. Featuring a fully stocked kitchen ready to prepare wonderful and healthy mealsfor your family!

I am an avid traveler, and have tried to equip my home with amenities I have seen at some of the best resorts and 5 star hotels in the world! My home is comfortable, spacious and clean.

I try hard to provide my guests with a peaceful, trouble-free vacation or business stay. I provide ample linens (with extra sets), towels, cooking supplies, cookware and utensils. You provide your own groceries, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, etc for the duration of your stay. I do, however, provide a starter supply of paper goods, toiletries, coffee, cooking spices, etc upon check-in.

My home is ideal for families or groups of up to 6 people who are visiting for Basic Military Training Graduation, Sea World or Fiesta Texas Vacation Stays, Family Vacations, Wedding Group Stays, Funerals, or even Longer Term Stays for those who are experiencing an insurance loss and need alternate living arrangements while their home is being repaired or remodeled.

If the latter is the case, please let me know and I will be happy to work directly with your homeowner insurance company to arrange for your short or longer term housing needs!

My home was recently remodeled from top to bottom floor. It features a large master bedroom with a private en-suite walk-in bathroom complete with dual sinks and mirrors, a soaking tub and enlarged shower stall with a rainfall shower head and glass door, all newly remodeled with premium tile and fixtures.

The backyard is fully fenced and private. I have installed a brand new patio set and BBQ grill for your leisure!

My home is a smart home and I will provide you a front door lock code to self check-in. I also provide a security alarm system through Front Point and will generate for you a unique code to use during your stay for your personal safety and peace of mind. You can come and go with ease and comfort knowing you and your belongings are safe when the alarm is set.

I also provide a First Aid kit and Fire Extinguishers for your safety.

You will be able to access 4 of my 5 bedrooms and all 2.5 baths.

I lock and use 1 of my 5 bedrooms as an office. You also will not have access to my garage.

You will have the whole back yard to use as well.

I have 2 exterior Blink cameras (at front and back doors).

I have a home alarm system called Frontpoint. I will give you a unique code when you confirm booking and just prior to check in.

I have a Nest smart door lock. I will generate a unique code for you and send just prior to check in.
