Lollipop, the perfect Captiva Home

The house was perfect, the pool was very clean and an added benefit! Location to beach and nearby restaurants was great. Grill was in good working condition! Outdoor furniture not as plentiful and 2 pieces were broken, but made it work! Nice outdoor shower and area to rinse feet, had beach chairs, wagon, and umbrella for use. Nice coffee maker/ Keurig combo. Kitchen well stocked.

Wonderful, charming, beautiful property. And, what a stellar location!!!Also, wonderfully attentive Kingfisher staff! My only recommendation would be to consider additional/extra laundry and dishwasher cleaning supplies based on rental time frame and if renter has kids. The house was perfectly appointed for kids and was the perfect house to be with my two kids and my best friend and her daughter. Wonderful memories were made!In the family rm, on the bookshelf to the left of the TV, my son made a sticker by number picture and we left some shells we found.

Lollipop was exactly as described. The place was spotless when we arrived. We had a few glitches with internet connection and the pool and they were addressed by the management company Kingfisher very quickly. The pool was great when we returned from our beach day. The balconies were a delightful place to sit in the morning and the beds were comfortable. We highly recommend this property.

This is an awesome location, easy walk to the beach and restaurants. Nice spacious house with pool! Kingfisher was not the best. (1) We reached out that the hot tub wouldn't heat and it took 2 days for anything to be done about it. (2) after a storm, there was roughly 8 inches of water surrounding the house and we couldnt exit without waking through it, we thought was just stormwater but the fire dept which is just across the street informed us that we were walking through was because of a septic tank back up and we were walking through toilet waste. I reached out to Kingfisher about this and they didnt even respond

Love the colorful decor. Location is great. Expect our next stay will find more of the Captiva restaurants and shops have reopened.

We enjoyed our stay in this rental. It is spacious and well-equipped. It is centrally located on Captiva--close to several restaurants.

We enjoyed our week stay on Captiva Island. The home is in a great location, clean and larger than we expected. The pool and hot tub were amazing. We highly recommend this home!
