Loggerhead townhouse with gas grill, WiFi, and jetted tub

Great townhome in an amazing location! Plenty of space and overall good comfort. The home itself could use a deep cleaning, some refreshing, everything had layers of dirt and grime. This was the second time we have rented the home and the dirt, stained furniture, etc. was just that much worse, where’s the upkeep from the owner? Overall a good home, just needs some much overdue tlc!!!

Vacasa never sent anyone to repair it. The cleaning crew was there until after 5 the day we arrived and would not let us in. The fact that it allows 8 people and only two parking spaces was rough as there is no where even close to park additional cars. Aside from that we really liked the home and had a good time.

This is a nice home, clean with good accommodations (although an ironing board and hair dryer would be appreciated). However, arrived on first day at 9:30 pm and code on door did not work. Took an hour and 45 minutes for someone to show up with a key to let us in while we, very tired, just sat in the car. We could not go anywhere and wait because management insisted that they could not give us a time when person would be coming and refused to give us number so that we could communicate with person coming. So forced to wait in the driveway. Not satisfactory.

Great space close to everything. We really enjoyed our stay with our family.

Great location! Beach shuttle is right outside your door! Provided bikes and there’s a bike trail nearby.

Amazing house. It has everything. Really clean.

Very easy check in and check out. The place is very clean and has nice amenities. Layout was comfortable for our family. 3 bedrooms upstairs and 1 kids room downstairs. Very nice to have access to the garage to store our bikes.

This is a nice home well equipped with amenities needed and easy access to the beach. Description said there would be traffic noise but traffic was a bit louder then expected.
