Log Cabin 20 min from Sedona

The cabin was a beautiful rental in a quiet relaxing neighborhood. Overall our family enjoyed our stay very much but there were a few issues. 1) the tire swing imaged in the picture was gone. We were exciting for our daughter who has always lived in apartments to have access to a yard and tire swing to find it was gone and the rope had snapped. 2) the internet was nice to have available but was very slow, google search results while on wifi was slow. 3) there was no firewood to use the firepit and we were unsure of the functionality of the fireplace so we didnt go out to buy wood for it. Looked like it used to have a gas line to the fireplace but is disconnected? These items, while disappointing, did not deter us from enjoying our stay.

Everything worked out great for us lots of room everything needed was there all appliances worked great lots of parking and close enough to Sedona and other attractions very pleased 😀

Stay went very well. Nice rural flavored quiet neighborhood with some small farms and beautiful mature Cottonwood (namesake) trees. Conveniently located from Sedona but away from the busy crowded hub there. Would recommend.

Incredibly clean well set up beautiful property The neighborhood is awesome. Ranchettes so there are chickens and horse and even people walking their goats. Truly a sanctuary. If you need really good internet for work this may not be the property for you.

The host was very welcoming. The house was perfect for us. We had a great time.

This property is very charming and comfortable. It was the perfect location for exploring, Cottonwood, Sedona, and Jerome. Our family would definitely love to stay here again! Highly recommend!

This amazing log cabin is in the middle of a lush beautiful neighborhood in Cottonwood. All the neighbors were super nice. We took walks two or three times a day while we were there and it’s so beautiful. The cabinet itself is amazing. It’s very big and comfortable and clean. We spent a lot of time there because it was just so tranquil to hang out in the backyard. It’s very pet friendly in the backyard is big and clean. We will be coming back in about six months I hope.

We went to Cottonwood to ride the Verde Valley Railroad to celebrate my husband‘s birthday with our adult children and our little dog. The home was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was great to take a walk and conveniently located.

This log cabin was beautiful, flawless. The front porch and back yard and patio were peaceful and comfortable. We even got to see a peacock!

The property is super cute and cozy in a nice, quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed many walks, catch in the backyard, games inside and a warm fire in the evening. This is the perfect place if you’re ready to relax and unwind. You’re just minutes away from town in case you need anything. We enjoyed all the special touches around the house. We felt very welcome.

We looked forward to our stay at this place. Pictures looked great, reviews were strong. When we checked in, everything looked good. House was very clean, and all seemed good. We arrived at 3:00 on Saturday afternoon, put our things away, and tried to log in to the wireless signal. No internet connection! I reported it to house manager immediately. I did not hear back until Sunday morning. Slow response. For the entire time we stayed at the house we did not have internet. Lack of internet was a problem, but the mice were a huge problem!! We could hear them at night in the ceiling or walls. Our dog growled at the noises much of the night. Twice when the house manager showed up at the house, he cleaned up large collections of mouse feces. By morning after cleanup the piles were back. The piles were indicative of dozens and dozens of mice inhabiting the house. We will admit we did not find feces inside the house but they were 2-3 areas just outside doorways where the large areas of feces could be found. One of these areas was on the patio which made sitting outside in that area impossible and likely very unsafe. After two full days, we’d had enough. We involved VRBO in helping us cancel the final two days of our reservation. With their help, and some arguing with the property managers we managed to get 50% of our payments refunded. Overall, this was a disastrous experience. Beware.

Perfect spot for visiting Cottonwood and Clarkdale!

We enjoyed our stay.

We loved this house and its proximity to so many things in the Cottonwood-Sedona-Clarkdale area. Very comfortable accommodations and it was well stocked with everything you need. The internet was slow, needs an upgrade. A smart TV would be a good addition as well. The quiet neighborhood was perfect and we especially loved the private backyard with covered porch and table/chairs.

Our stay was great house was perfect for our gathering. Nice backyard for a cookout.

Very clean, beautiful neighborhood, peaceful. Short drive to downtown. If you plan on using the upstairs beds be sure and check out the stairs. Made call to property manager when we couldn't connect to Internet and got immediate and friendly help.
