Great downtown location. The place was clean and beds were comfortable. The couches are not great for Lou going but that’s the only downside.

Beautiful loft! Very spacious and impeccably clean. Communication was clear, concise and timely. We were in town for KU graduation. This was a perfect location only 45 minutes from campus. The area is unique and welcoming. I would highly recommend this space if you are ever in KC! We were very happy with everything from booking to check out.

We had an amazing stay at this downtown KC loft, easily a 10/10 experience. The location couldn’t be better: everything we wanted to do was within walking distance, and being so close to the streetcar made getting around even easier. The space itself was spotless, beautifully maintained, and incredibly comfortable.One standout detail? The sheets were unbelievably soft, seriously some of the best sleep I’ve had away from home. It’s those little touches that made the stay feel extra special. On top of that, the service was fantastic, responsive, friendly, and clearly attentive to guest experience.If you’re looking for a clean, convenient, and cozy spot in Kansas City, this loft is a no-brainer. I’d absolutely stay here again.

Everything was clean and wonderfully located. We were attending a major tournament and being four minutes away from the venue was perfect. The kitchen is a wonderful size where I was able to cook almost forty breakfast wraps to deliver to our team. Transportation works as well when getting to the zoo or other locations. Everything you need is within a 14 minute walk.

Great place to stay when in the KC area

Everything was pristine and as advertised. Parking was a bit confusing with the parking changes by the city but the lost was wonderful.

The apartment was awesome! Very clean and plenty of room for our 6 people. The managers were very quick to respond. Great location! Parking…….the building does not have designated parking, but we parked in the lot by the building and were fine. We will definitely stay here again!

This was our second year staying at a Cozy KC rental. They will continue to be our go-to for trips to KC. Great hosts, excellent communication, not only about the particulars of the rental but also about things to do and where to go while you're there. The location of this loft was perfect for our downtown stay! The loft offered all the amenities you need! 5 stars!

Everything about this rental was amazing. The space was beautiful and clean with comfortable beds. So many things were a quick walk away. Before arriving and leaving, the host Olivia was extremely responsive and accommodating. Thank you so much for making our KC stay amazing! Highly recommend.

Great kitchen for making daily breakfasts not supplied at our conference. Balcony is a great space for hanging out. Space was great for me and my two coworkers, just a short walk to the convention center. Olivia communicated very well so no surprises at all. Highly recommend.

The communication was wonderful. The location was close to River Market. I liked the reminders about the codes, address, and details. It made the trip so enjoyable. It was like having a personal assistant in your back pocket. The parking is close and VERY easy to utilize. The building had security (codes to get into the building and codes to get into the elevator and into the apartment). We really enjoyed the access to the rooftop. The unit was SO LARGE, so it accommodated our 6 adult children. We would absolutely stay at the location again. Very attentive hostess.

This was a great place to stay. It was just as it was listed, it was clean and inviting after a long day at a conference. There was great communication to make sure that I had everything that I needed. Additionally, the rooftop patio was a great place to work a little and unwind. I will definitely stay here again next time I am traveling to Kansas City.

The loft was beautiful and as pictured, with the exception of there being 4 futons, instead of 2 futons and 2 couches. Still plenty of seating. The kitchen was stocked so well. Had about anything you would need. The beds were comfortable with plenty of extra blankets and pillows. They provided shampoo and soap and laundry detergent. Big bonus to not have to go shopping when you get there. The balcony was beautiful and as appears in photos. However, during our stay there was a guy who had moved a desk out there in the middle of the deck with two large computers (not laptops). and appeared to be camped out for a while. Hopefully he isn't there all the time, but the setup would be hard to move around. That was the only downfall, but had nothing to do with owners of our loft. Overall, the place was comfortable, lots of space, and really cool vibe.

Amazing loft in an amazing area!

The location was great and easy walking to T-Mobile and other places. The loft was very clean and roomy and had everything you would need. We only stayed 1 night so we did not use much other than the beds, couches, fridge and bathrooms. Excellent communication with the host.Parking is on the street at meters or in a paid lot (all of which is stated in the description). We opted for the parking lot (10/24 hours) because there was construction and all the meters were removed and didn't want to risk being towed. The only negative thing I have is that it's not very soundproof. We could hear the neighbors very clearly. They clearly didn't abide by the no party/quiet time after 11 rule. Along with that noise there was construction on the street right outside the windows and it was very loud. There is a school right up the street so you could also hear the children yelling and screaming walking on the sidewalk in the morning. So if you're a light sleeper it might not be your best option but I would definitely stay again.

This was a Christmas present to my nephew and a cousin getaway for all of the cousins! It was amazing and provided plenty of room for everyone. I would like to suggest maybe having playing cards.The roof was awesome. The gym was awesome. We were very pleased. We’ll definitely stay here again if we visit Kansas.City

This loft apartment was perfect for our tournament accommodation. The event was held at the convention center, which was about 4 blocks away, so we could walk. Parking was easy at the nearby lot. If we make it to global finals again next year, i will book this again.

Weekend in Kansas City - great location and loved the patio!

Co-Worker and I stayed here while attending a work event in the area. This was perfect. Cheaper than 2 hotels for the same date with more amenities.

We've stayed in this building before, but it was our first time in this unit. It perfectly accommodated my daughter, sister, and nieces for a cheer competition over the weekend at the convention center. It's a beautiful and very safe building; the unit itself is spacious and clean. And Olivia and her team were incredibly responsive, getting back to my sister in the early a.m. hours when there was a power outage in the neighborhood. We won't hesitate to stay here again!

We ended up having to cancel our trip because of a medical emergency and the owners were so nice and helpful with our arrangements. Will absolutely rebook and stay with them in the future! For that reason they get 5 Stars for everything!

Celebrated a milestone birthday in this clean and cute downtown loft. We made the easy (10min) drive to shop on Plaza. Kitchen was well equipped for cooking and it was close to grab groceries nearby (3min). Can’t wait to book again!

Very nice property and as described. Spacious enough for our group of 8, mostly teenage girls and a couple of moms. We used the streetcar, which is a short walk away, to get to dinner and other activities. Parking is not free, but several options are provided (for pay) and were easy to locate. I appreciated the communication from the property manager. Check in was easy. Would stay again and recommend to friends visiting the area.

The property was clean and very well stocked for an amazing vacation!

Came in for a weekend stay to go to a Chiefs game. The condo has quick access to the highway, so we made it to the stadium in less than 15 minutes. It’s also walking distance to the Power & Light District, which was great for dinner and entertainment after the game. Condo was clean and spacious. Excellent communication with our host throughout our stay.

Very easy check in, very clean and as described. Nice location and able to walk to power and light. Nice roof top balcony. Only stayed one night would love to come back and stay longer to enjoy the location. Thank you for the great stay and awesome location.

Easy walk to convention center and a few bars. Clean place. Comfy beds. Great kitchen. Sofas/sleepers not that comfortable to sit on.

A couple of friends got together in Kansas City for a Chiefs game. This apartment allowed us all to stay comfortably and enjoy the main attraction in downtown KC.

We loved the condo! It was in a great location. Parking was available in the lot next door. We were there on Thanksgiving, so not a lot of places were open for business. We hope to come back again when the weather is nice and we can enjoy the outdoor terrace.

Visuall a great place and near everything

Absolutely beautiful property! Great communication with the host and very helpful! Noisy 6am street cleaners, but hey, there area was well maintained and groomed. We felt very safe.

we enjoyed our stay and location very much. Everything is close by...can walk almost everywhere. Felt safe in the neighborhood. The condo was very spacious and had everything we needed. Communication was quick with the owner when we had a question.

We stayed here for a conference and the loft looked exactly as it did in the pictures! The building was clean and quiet and the hosts were very responsive! If we are ever in KC we would stay here again

Close to everything downtown!

Our daughter got married at The Kansas City Club and this location was within walking distance to the venue. We had stayed there earlier on in the summer and specially chose this location for this reason. We loved the loft and amenities however the street noise at night on Friday and Saturday was quite loud. It sounded like cars were racing and people were screaming right below us. We know that this was beyond the property owners control. Despite that, we would definitely stay at this location again.
