Love the house. Owners were very responsive and very helpful with our stay. Area is very close to downtown. A bit dark though for late night walking. But absolutely love the place and hope to return.

Close to most sightseeing places. Host very accommodating and helpful with our questions.

A perfect place to stay in San Antonio! Walkable to Riverwalk, restaurants, Alamo, and Tower of Americas. We enjoyed having our coffee on the front porch each morning. The house was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable. After a long day of sight seeing we loved seeing the cute patio lights welcoming us back to our home away from home. Can’t wait to visit again.

Beautifully decorated with conveniences. We would stay there again. Location is convenient. Hosts were responsive.

Great location and perfect size. The only suggestion I would say is that you advice guest that the driveway is a bit tight to get so that they rent the proper size :)

We had a wonderful stay! House was very clean & super easy check-in with a lock box as we arrived late. Just maybe 10-15 minutes walk to the Riverwalk. Lots of other restaurants & shops along the way to the Riverwalk. One bedroom has two twin beds with ceiling fan, also had an additional tower type fan. The other bedroom stated it was a queen bed but I believe it's a full size, ceiling fan & tower fan also in this room. It even had an air purifier in the living room. Access to the house is in the alley, as this house sits directly behind the property owners house. There is a private driveway with a gate for this house, so your able to park directly next to the rental & not have your car in the alley. Very quiet neighborhood! We walked back from the Riverwalk late after dark multiple nights & never had any issues. We would definitely stay here again!

Charming cottage house. Perfect for 3 to 5 guests. We had a girls trip. Safe walking distance to everything including Alamo, Riverwalk and the Americas Tower. We even walked home at 11pm at night. It was clean. We even had a porch to sit on in the morning for our morning coffee. Very clean and well stocked. Manager was very communicative. Check in was a breeze.

The home was clean and exactly as described. The host gave us helpful suggestions of places to eat and things to do. We were able to walk to the River Walk and SAMA. Enjoyed our time in San Antonio.

I couldn't have been happier with my stay. The house was adorable, the host thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and the location was fantastic. We were able to walk downtown and to the Alamodome. The host was kind, responsive and helpful. An absolute 10/10.

It’s nestled in an alley house is well kept and in a great location very quiet and nice. It is close enough to down town riverwalk and far enough for peace. The parking is kinda tight if you have a bigger vehicle it can be done but just a little snug. Would definitely go back and will be recommending to friends that way

Exactly what we were looking for. Close to everything our group was doing. House stayed nice and cool so it was refreshing after a long day in the heat.

Billie Jo is extremely responsive to any issues. The location could not have been better. It's a walkable distance to the Downtown Riverwalk and so many restaurants in the Southtown neighborhood. The beds were comfortable, with lots of bath towels provided. The house had everything we needed in the kitchen. My friend and I had an amazing time in San Antonio! I would definitely stay at Billie Jo's again.

Very close to downtown San Antonio. Had a great lunch at the tower and were within walking distance of the Alamo. Lots of shops all around and other places to eat out. There were four of us and we slept comfortably (including me who slept on the couch!). The kitchen and laundry facilities were a plus. We very much felt at home. Thanks for making this available.

This was a very cute older house with some great modern updates! The beds were super comfortable and the place was clean and welcoming!

We loved our stay and appreciated how easy it was to communicate with our host. We had just a few questions while we were there and each time the response was super quick and accommodating. It was clean, cozy and relaxing. Looking forward to coming again sometime! Just a couple of concerns: The shower curtain liner needed to be washed or replaced. Also, the bedroom window facing the main house needs a repair. But overall, it was a great place to stay!Thank you so much!

This home was clean and a bit smaller than anticipated. There were adequate bath linens. The kitchen was stocked with the basics. The handle was missing from the microwave.The driveway is a challenge as it is quite narrow- I am glad we drove my smaller SUV. My husband’s Tundra would not have fit.The property lists the main bedroom as having a queen-sized bed—the headboard was queen-sized but the mattress was a standard full and overly soft.I received an informative text approximately 1-1/2 hours prior to check in with clear instructions regarding how to find the property— this was quite helpful. However, attached to that text was a “Welcome” to Fiesta Alley that listed three conditions that would result in a 500 fine. While the conditions covered reasonable expectations, the wording was off-putting and thus NOT very welcoming. I have rented many vacation properties over the years and have never seen fines listed in a “Welcome” document. I suppose there had been problems with priors guests.I feel these conditions should have been included in the original VRBO listing under the “Policies” tab.

This little house in San Antonio was one of my favorite properties I have stayed in over the years, it had so much charm and character. It was incredibly clean, well organized, and the beds were so comfortable (I slept great)! It is in a perfect location to downtown San Antonio, literally a 10 min walk to the River Walk and Convention Center. My teenagers and I went for a Pokémon Tournament at the Convention Center and I am hoping that they choose San Antonio for next year's tournament, if so we will be sure to stay at this house again!

The property was adorable and the owners were very helpful. Although we didn’t get to stay because our truck wouldn’t fit in their driveway, they were able to give us a refund. I am thankful they were able to help! Would definitely stay there another time in a smaller vehicle :)

Close to lots of fun stuff to do!

The property and owner Billie Jo were great. She was very understanding and accommodating to the situation we were in during our stay. One thing to note that I saw in reviews before arriving- drive way- although the alley way and drive is tight we noticed if you back up into the space it is a lot easier to get in and out. It is a tight space but you can fit a Tahoe in the drive with a little maneuvering as my BIL did it. The house was cute, clean and well equipped with towels, fans, kitchen items and even a Brita for cold water. The neighborhood was quiet and felt safe even given the fact that you were in the center of downtown. The one thing I will note, that is completely out of the owners hands, is the train that is in the area. It was not terribly loud in the living room or main bedroom, however if you are a lighter sleeper you will hear it in the twin bedroom towards the front of the house the most and it does run through the late night and early morning hours. Thank you again to Billie Jo for allowing us to stay and have a merry Christmas!

We LOVED our time spent at this darling property - it was perfectly located for access to all the attractions and historical sites we wanted to see - we did not have a vehicle, but had absolutely no problem walking to all the destinations we had marked on our map!!

Great spot. Quiet. In Lavaca/Southtown. Property described as is. Parking is fine and I have an F150 4x4. Zero complaints.

This is my go-to place in San Antonio! I absolutely love the property, the convenient location, and the fantastic food options nearby. Just park your car, step outside, and enjoy the best that San Antonio has to offer. The host is amazing—attentive and goes above and beyond to ensure a great stay. I've stayed here before, and there's no doubt I'll be coming back next year! Highly recommended!

This small house was perfect for my husband and me. We did not walk to the River Walk as suggested, but instead drove our car and it was a very short drive. Everything was as described on the VRBO website.
