Stayed May 1, 2025We celebrated my son’s graduation while staying at the house. Everything was perfect including the location. The best part was how clean and comfortable the house is!! John and Meredith are outstanding hosts. I would highly recommend staying at their home.

Stayed Mar 7, 2025First and foremost, really appreciated the prompt communication and updates from John regarding check-in and installation of a new keypad entry which made things a breeze. He was flexible and accommodating. The house itself suited all our needs, with a fenced in backyard for the pups and close to restaurants and stores. Most importantly it was only a less than 10 minute drive to the stadium, which was especially important given the weather and changing schedule. Thank you so much and really enjoyed our time!

Stayed Feb 28, 2025My friends and I drove down to Gainesville for a fun last-minute weekend getaway and thankfully found this gem of a property! I have to say, John is easily one of the best hosts I’ve ever had! From the get-go, he was super communicative, friendly, and really went out of his way to make our trip memorable. He truly made us feel right at home, and that hospitality really stood out!The property itself is in a perfect location – under a 10 minute Uber ride to all of the cool spots in town. Not to mention we found an amazing brunch spot just down the road. The house itself exceeded all expectations – the photos don’t do it justice! We thought the backyard was so pretty and enjoyed it before going out. There was more than enough space for all 6 of us, and we all slept comfortably with the added bonus of my friend’s sweet fur baby!If you’re on the fence about booking this place, stop thinking and just do it! You won’t regret it. I’ll definitely be staying here again next time I’m in Gainesville. 20/10!
