We loved our stay in Chatham. The property was beautiful. The location is ideal. A close walk to Chatham Fish Market, Chatham Bars Inn and downtown. We loved the yard and the pool.

We absolutely loved staying at this home! My friends and I went to Chatham for a girls trip and it was the perfect home for us - plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms, space in the common areas, etc. I would definitely recommend!

Terrific house-great accommodations for seven adults. Well appointed, great communicative owner with good recommendations. Close proximity (walking) to Chatham Bars and downtown. Hangar 8 best breakfast spot. Confections by the Sea nailed it with birthday cake upon arrival.

The property was in excellent condition and the instructions and care of the property are beyond excellent. We had such a wonderful time and felt at home as soon as we walked in. So convenient. Chatham was a pleasure. I strongly recommend staying at this wonderful home away from home.

My family stayed here when we were in Chatham for my nephew’s wedding. The home, pool and grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. Having two primary suites allowed my elderly in laws to stay with us very comfortably. The location is perfect. We enjoyed morning walks to town for coffee and afternoon walks to the pier to see the fishermen come in and to watch the seals. I hope we are fortunate enough to stay here again some day!

The host was so helpful and easily available via text. Great location and a private back yard, and the pool and hot tub were our favorite part!

This beautiful Chatham property was a joy for our multi-generational family vacation. The house and pool are as pictured, spacious and perfectly maintained. The host has gone above and beyond to provide everything you could want to make for an easy and enjoyable stay. And she was always helpful and readily available for questions. The location is both private and very accessible to the many amenities in the Chatham downtown. We were pleased to find that we were close enough to explore the beaches of Wellfleet and Orleans, if we wanted to venture out, instead of just relaxing in comfort with a book by the pool. We definitely hope to return soon to this lovely vacation home.

How many times do you reach your rental only to be disappointed? Not at this property. This is absolutely the finest example of a homeowner catering to your needs. We have never found a home better equipped. No need to run to the store at this rental. We are a 3 generation family of 9 and we didn’t want to leave. Everything is explained, labeled, included. Plenty of options for indoor and outdoor activities. Expensive? Perhaps. But in line with others that offer this location and these amenities and worth it.
