LOCATION LOCATION South End Beach Retreat! STEPS TO BEACH!!

Kitchen had necessities to cook and rooms were clean. Host communicated promptly and it was a short walk to the beach.

We liked the quiet residential location in Ocean City and also the short distance to walk to the beach. We loved that there was a porch on the front and the back of our unit. We had plenty of room, comfortable beds, a big TV in the living room area and also TVs in each bedroom. It was nice to keep our car under roof and off the street. We were also happy for a place for our bikes and beach chairs. No complaints! We will return.

This condo is exceptional. Well maintained & very clean! Very nice kitchen, appliances & bathrooms. All the beds are comfortable!! One block from the beach & short driving distance to the boardwalk. Highly recommend!

Everything about our stay was wonderful. Check in was a breeze. Parking was plentiful. There was convenient storage for our beach gear. The bedrooms were spacious and clean as well as the kitchen which was well equipped. The decks on the front as well as the back were wonderful to avoid the sun or catch the breezes! I would highly recommend this property.

The location of this house was perfect! With 5 adults and 2 children, it was a very quick walk to the beach. An easy 4 block walk to WaWa, Acme, CVS, a nice restaurant and the playground for those who like to walk. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful. You do need to drive to the boardwalk, however, I believe there might be a shuttle as well to take. The bedrooms seemed spacious for 7 people, however, master bath a little small, but that didn’t impede on our stay. Nice front and rear decks with nice furniture. Sunrises on the rear deck and sunsets on front deck. There is a Keurig as well as a counter top coffee pot. We brought our Keurig along as the pics only showed a regular pot. The house is tastefully decorated. The only issues we encountered, we were unable to get the tv working in the bunk bedroom, fan/light over the dining table did not work, the lock on the slider in the back bedroom did not lock and there were no exhaust fans in the bathrooms. Also, the house wasn’t as clean as we had experienced at other Ocean City properties over the years. All of these concerns were addressed with the realtor and he/she was very responsive to our concerns. Overall, we had a wonderful week and the weather was beautiful, so the minor inconveniences were not a huge issue. We would definitely stay at this property again.

We had a great week at this property! The proximity to the beach was second to none. We also liked having a playground nearby. Kitchen was well-stocked. We missed having a grill, but were fine without one. The parking in the carport was tight but there was never a lack of on-street parking. Would consider staying again!

Naturally it's OC, where it's beautiful and quiet and safe. But that doesn't mean that paying guests don't deserve a clean and welcoming environment. Unfortunately when entering this home, it appeared as if someone just left that morning and the unit didn't get cleaned. All surfaces were dirty and needed wiped down, the refrigerator was left disgusting, and bathrooms with soap scum and hair all over are just absolutely unacceptable. Needless to say, a vacation doesn't start well when the entire family has to go through the entire unit and clean it. But when you're stuck on a holiday weekend, you do what you have to do. There is no reason that we should clean your unit after paying over $1,000 for a few nights away. Master bathroom was the absolute worst. Listing stated that sheets and towels are washed in extra hot water ... no sheets or towels were provided but luckily there is a Walmart not too far and after $209 for cleaning supplies, towels, sheets, etc. then we were set for the remainder of our stay to be just fine. The review numbers are skewed because the main issues with this unit are on the first day ... cleanliness. Once that is resolved, the rest of the stay is wonderful and at the end most folks are going to forget how horrible that first day truly was - for us however, it ruined our entire trip.
