Stayed Jun 23, 2025Such a great property for a family so close to downtown Lake Placid! Tom and Emily were fantastic hosts, and the property was just as described. The kids loved being 30 feet from a playground, where they quickly made friends with anyone else playing. The decks were a fabulous place to hang out and watch them play. We grilled out half the nights we were there and enjoyed having a proper kitchen. Easy walk into town and mirror lake. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Stayed Jun 7, 2025We had a great time. The house was perfectly located so we could walk to Main Street and peruse the shops or get a bite to eat when we didn’t want to make our own meals at the house. We were also able to hike the mountains that we wanted and hike the ADK rail trail.

Stayed Jul 23, 2024Great location! It was close to all the restaurants and shops, while still feeling homey. The property was very clean, and was larger than I realized. I would definitely recommend this to anyone!

Stayed Feb 8, 2024Nice location for easy access to downtown. Place was clean and well maintained. Living room could use some better seating but overall good for a ski weekend away. Unfortunately the warm weather and lack of snow made winter activities difficult but if we were to return to LP we’d definitely consider returning to this rental

Stayed Jan 16, 2024This is a perfect place to stay in Lake Placid! We had an amazing time here, the location is 10/10 with beautiful views right out the kitchen! Plus it is walking distance to Main St. It has everything you could need to cook and is a great find. We will be back on our next trip!
