We were fortunate to have rented this home for a month and when it came time to check-out, we were not ready to leave! The home was perfect and very comfortable. The kitchen came fully stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware and bakeware, making it easy to prepare meals. When we had family visit, the split floorplan gave everyone their own space. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. I can't say enough about the location, location, location! Ponderosa Park was within walking distance, including several hiking trails. My husband fished at the park, while I enjoyed the beaches. Cathy was great and responded promptly to any questions we had. We are already looking forward to our next visit!

HOSTESS WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND ACCOMMODATING. Kitchen facilities were definitely above average---for rentals in this price range.

It had great space for a family. Plenty of space to hang out and sleep. The backyard fire pit was an awesome space to relax at night.

My son and his family said everything was great except for the trash can. It was so smelly that he moved it away from the house. He didn’t know if it was old garbage in the can or the can itself. Thank you a wonderful experience.

Beds are really soft, not in a good way. Would help to have some basic staples like coffee, cooking oil. Very clean place.

It was everything we hoped for, large enough for 5 ladies to sleep, visit with plenty of seating indoors and outdoors and beautifully decorated. Thank you so very much for many memories and laughs.Highly recommend this place.

We had a great stay here over a long weekend. Beds and sofas/chairs were comfortable, neighborhood was quiet, and check-in and checkout were easy. House was immaculately clean. The back patio had plenty of seating and cute string lights, and the front porch had chairs where we drank our coffee in the morning. Also easily within a few minutes walking distance to hiking trails by the lake in Ponderosa Park. The neighborhood streets are quiet so it was nice to take evening walks. This was one of our favorite ever vacation rentals in McCall and we have stayed at well over a dozen. We will definitely be back.

Everything about this place was better than expected! Beautiful, clean home with all the nicest amenities- comfortable beds, soft towels and toilet paper, coffee. Clear instructions made check out a breeze and good communication when we ran out of dishwasher soap. Thank you for everything!

Positive experience. Nice open area of kitchen/living room in order to all hang together. Master bedroom and suite nice. Fire pit area nice for morning coffee. More chairs needed.

We really enjoyed our stay—only wish it could have been longer. We had space to cook and a comfortable living room for relaxing. Being close to Ponderosa State Park was a big plus.

We needed this home because the family cabin on the lake doesn't have enough bedrooms for our reunion. My sister and I and our husbands stayed here. It was so perfect!! The bedroom and bathrooms were separated by the kitchen and living area so we both had our privacy. We did not use the kitchen as we were mostly at the family cabin but noticed that the kitchen has everything you need to make meals. It was so nice and clean. Backyard deck so cute. Wish we could have spent more time there. Will definitely book it again next year if we have our reunion in McCall.

Check in/out was easy, although it was really hott and the home doesn’t have AC there were fans available. Host is very responsive and understanding. For one night it was good and slept all of us very comfortably.
