LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! Lovely Townhome on S. Forest Beach Dr.

This unit was perfect for our family! The location and cannot be beat! The property was clean and was a perfect fit for our family. The host is so sweet as wel!

The Villa is very, very nice and very quiet a wonderful place just to relax. we enjoyed walking to the beach less than five minutes. Restaurants and shopping less than 10 minutes walking.Just a wonderful area!!I would also like to mention the host to this Villa is wonderful and very attentive to any questions or needs that you may have.Would stay here again.

Great location but older property. The master bed needs replacing as it was very hard. Maybe just a bed update to resemble hotel bedding. You might want to take your own towels and face cloths. Other than that it’s fine.

The property was as listed, nice location near the beach. We liked the area lots of shopping and dining in the area. We would stay again and recommend others to stay as well

Came to Hilton Head to meet with some friends. Spent time playing pickleball, golf and enjoying the local sites and restaurants.

Absolutely a beautiful home and so convenient to the beach. Only a 4 minute walk and also close to all the shops! The host was amazing and super fast to respond to any question. 100% recommend!

The condo is a short walk to the beach and has all the basic needs. However: The microwave door was tapped together at the bottom with packing tape. Still functioned. Fridge took a long time get cold. House was not cleaned well when we checked in. The floor was very dirty and the blankets and pillowcases smelled. We cleaned the floors and washed all the linens before we unpacked. When we arrived we had emailed the host at 3pm because we went to the wrong place. (Our error) Host responded at 9pm. By then, We figured out we put in the wrong address, arrived, and had re-cleaned the entire condo. Check out time is at 10. Be mindful, you’ll get charged a fee if you’re even a few minutes late! We were running a little late leaving as my daughter wasn’t feeling well. The young man cleaning arrived right at 10. We invited him in and he started upstairs while we finished loading the car. We left around 10:30 and got charged a $50 fee. We were also charged a fee for garbage disposal(?) but wife ran the disposal the night before and washed all remaining dishes right before we left and the water drained no issues. You’re mailed keys and a parking pass, and it is requested keys be sent back in a pre stamped envelope provided. This process would’ve been fine, BUT we did not receive a return mailing envelope in the packet to send the keys back. We are going to have to reach out to host about that. We stay in Hilton Head every year but it is unlikely we will return to this condo.

We loved this beach condo! Super close to the beach and coligny, easy walk to each. Pool was great, beds were comfy! We would absolutely stay here again!

We stayed here a couple years ago and made a return trip again this year. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the bathroom upstairs had been renovated. It was a great visit again and we even got to use the pool this year. Would return.
