Stayed Apr 5, 2024Four moms rented this unit for a weekend while visiting our sons. It was clean, with comfortable beds with everything we needed. Coffee (Kerig) was provided and they even left us fresh baked goods upon arrival. Highly recommend!

Stayed Mar 8, 2024Stayed here for a weekend with three generations. Place was very clean and worked well for us. Communication with owner was exact right amount. Location worked well. It’s a longer than normal walk to uptown (a bit over a half mile), but we didn’t mind the walk. It was a cheap and easy Uber when we didn’t want to walk.

Stayed Dec 9, 2022We were in town for a swim meet and needed a quiet place close to campus to sleep and do homework between sessions. This was literally perfect. We could get to the pool in 4 min. Kroger was across the street. The townhouse had everything that we needed - it was incredibly well equipped. Could not imagine a more perfect option for us.

Stayed Oct 18, 2019This property was very clean. Four bedrooms and one bathroom upstairs and kitchen , living room and bathroom downstairs. Kitchen could be better stocked. No coffee pot, only kuerig. No baking sheets, Casserole dishes, foil, Saran Wrap, etc. Limited pantry items such as oil, basic spices. Fridge stocked with Coke and water – nice touch! Manager very responsive. Overall good property for family weekend.

Stayed Jul 20, 2019Property was clean and as described. Kitchen was well stoked and bedding was comfortable. Was disappointed with responsive to a response for assistance when we were temporarily locked out of the residence. Although entirely our fault, a five hour delay to a call and text could have been a seriously detrimental if we hadn’t had an alternative option. Although not promised in property description, for the price, we would suggest adding additional seating the the living area and hairdryers.

Stayed Apr 6, 2018This is the third time I have stayed at/booked this place for a mom's or dad's weekend at Miami. It is a perfect location and great size for 4 or more to stay. Clean, welcoming. Communication with owner was spot on. Our daughter is graduating, but I will pass this along for future visitors.
