Park View is a cozy and cute little house that has a unique location right across from Quality Cove. This little cove is right off of the ship channel and is a prime spot for egrets hunting baitfish and other wildlife. There is also a kayak launch, walking bridge, observation deck, and walking trail to Jetty and Jetty Park. Jetty Park features a walk-over for beach access, great fishing, public restrooms and paved parking. You are also within walking distance of the new City Splash Pad.

Stayed Sep 2, 2023It is clean, nice, & cute! Will definitely come back to stay again! Didn’t get to enjoy the beautiful patio as it was so hot! But it is cozy & nice! It’s by the jetty & beach so the location was AWESOME! the contact person for check in etc was super nice & response! Awesome service!

Stayed Jun 10, 2021Great location with a great view, grandkids had a ball!! Only problems we had was with the city sewer, and no one was at fault for that, over all a great time, but please do not forget the mosquito spray!!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969The house is cozy and cute. The location is outstanding, next to Surfside Jetty Park, the beach and a short drive from restaurants and grocery stores. We had a great stay overall.

Stayed Apr 2, 2021We enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was convenient and watching the ships come in and out was very entertaining. It’s a busy area (across from a park, jetty, channel, busy street) but the activity and noise level were acceptable. Nothing too outrageous even for a holiday weekend.
