Stayed Feb 1, 2023This property could easily be a 4 or 5 stars with a few touch ups here & there. Both bathrooms need painting, dryer lint trap needs replacing & it would really be nice if there was a tv guide available so you would know what channels are where. Also also had a bathroom backup while there & were without use of either bathroom until 4 pm later that day. I realize this might have been one of those unavoidable circumstances but it put a damper on overall experience..The neighborhood is quiet & the large yard were definite pluses..

Stayed Nov 12, 2021While most of our time was spent out at the beach, this home was a nice place to come back to! The neighbors are friendly, and it’s incredibly close to many dining/shopping areas which helped us avoid traffic and save time.

Stayed Jul 7, 2021We booked our dates and then because of a tropical storm we had to delay coming by a day. The were so helpful when we reached out to them sending us pictures, weather updates and even told us we could add out last day on to the end of our trip! So thankful we rented from these kind people.

Stayed Jan 2, 2021Overall pretty nice house, clean on arrival and adequately furnished. Could use some updated patio furniture and outside lounge chairs. Pool table takes up the garage but pool cues were broken and couldn’t be used so Would have preferred the garage space instead. It was a good location for us to base ourselves at for the month. Again, nice house but could use alittle TLC inside and out to make it a great house worthy of what we paid.
