Location! Large House Sleeps 10, Heated Pool, 1 mile to Ocean Beaches, Pets ok

My family and I had a great time, the house was prefect. It was spacious, we are a family of 8, and the kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were comfortable and the area was walking distance to most. Our hosts, we wonderful! Will definitely go back!!

Loved the house. Fit my family, grandkids and all perfectly. Having the ammenities of the pool, firepit and playground was fabulous. Even had one grandchild learn to swim while we were there. Jerry and Audrey couldnt have been nicer. Even had an important item left behind and Audrey saved the day by finding it and making arrangements to have it returned. Definitely want to return next year!

Initially we thought the property was adequate. Price was reasonable and the amount of sleeping space was what we were looking for. The cleanliness was subpar. See attached pictures of the dirty sheets on one of the beds and the mattress that we uncovered when we stripped the sheets on our last day.I reached out to the property owner and she proclaimed that all of the mattresses were triple covered so she didn't seem to understand why we were appalled by the condition of the mattresses.Stay at your own risk!

Very spacious house-the rooms were all large. The kitchen was fully stocked and great appliances. We enjoyed the private deck with a grill, the pool and all the games/activaties such as corn hole, ping pong and bocce ball.

Pros: spacious, clean, comfortable, cozy house with many amenities both in and around the home. Plenty of towels, dishes and kitchen cookware, which we loved, as well as newish washer, dryer, and dishwasher, which came in handy with our large group (8, plus guests who stopped by for quick visits.) Recommendations: The upstairs bathroom fan needs to be fixed and/or window, which won’t open. Ventilation desperately needed! Adding family-sized, refillable shampoo, body wash and conditioner would have been a nice touch. We had to buy all this, plus detergent, salt, pepper, and similar amenities that we take for granted at many rental houses. The ping pong table was fun, but we could only find one ball. Pool was lovely but one ladder needs tightening. Otherwise… we had a blast!

Wonderful trip, fantastic hosts on property. Very attentive and friendly, easily accessible for questions , and concerns, we were missing a kitchen gadget… it was provided within minutes.Large house plenty of room for everyone to spread out when needed. Private deck, and fire pit. House was clean, comfortable beds. Great location to everything, ferry, beaches, shopping, Hyannis & Yarmouth.

We were very happy with our accommodations! There was enough room and space for all 9 of us! We enjoyed our private fire pit area and enjoyed the use of the pool!

First floor bedroom and bath was great for grandparents. Double beds worked well for adult children.

We had plenty of space in this house in South Yarmouth. It was conveniently located, and the property also had great amenities that our kids took advantage of such as the volleyball nets and ping-pong.

We had two families stay here: 4 adults and 4 teenagers. We fit comfortably and communication with the manager was easy. The only thing we wished was different was the WiFi situation. When connected to the network, our phones were useless.

Place worked for our family however the road out front was very busy and noisy Location allowed us to visit several places easily
