Stayed Jan 13, 2025Property was as described. Property manager lives next door. Very friendly and responsive. Outdoor space with pool and grills. Two blocks to Publix, movie theater, restaurants and shops. Three blocks to Park Ave. Have signed up for next year.

Stayed May 28, 2023Great property and fair price for the value. Location is great. Can walk to downtown Winter park. Quiet neighborhood. Host is quickly responsive to needs.
