A perfect location to explore Fredicksburg. Large and spacious house with beautiful decor and large outside space. Absolutely perfect.

The perfect spot for a weekend get away. The house was gorgeous and well equipped. It had a huge yard for my kids to run around in. The host was super communicative from the beginning. 10/10 would book again.

Communication with the host was outstanding from start to finish. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience or stay in Fredericksburg and would absolutely stay here again!

Absolutely loved our stay. The hosts were very responsive to requests and also had a bottle of wine and danishes there for us when we checked in. The house was beautifully decorated and clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to include a standard coffee pot and a keurig. Location was perfect. Only 2 blocks away from Main Street. We will definitely book this property again in the future.

The host left a bottle of wine in the fridge and some delicious pastries Olin the kitchen. The house was BEAUTIFUL and we loved all of the high end details. It looked like a magazine. The location was fantastic, a quick two block walk to downtown which we did often.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this property! It was 4 college friends who have known each other for 53 years and it was a great place to reunite and have so much fun! The house was great, the host was so easy to communicate with, and we had a ball. Would highly recommend this property! Very convenient to everything or just a short ride if you want to venture out, like we did!

We came to celebrate a family birthday and it was the perfect spot—plenty of space for everyone to relax, gather, and enjoy our time together.The location couldn’t be better—peaceful and private, yet just minutes on foot from the shops, restaurants, and fun on Main Street. The home itself was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable.Our family made lasting memories here, and we’d happily come back again. Highly recommend this home for anyone wanting a mix of history, comfort, and convenience!

This property is so well appointed—from the high end appliances to the quiet elegance of the furnishings. No gimmicky themes, just pure farmhouse simplicity and city refinement. Porch, balcony and yard added to the serenity. Loved the historic house and the books on early Fredericksburg.
