LOCATION! -Bean Point area w/pool. PANORAMIC WATER VIEW. Walk to Beach and town!

The house was clean and perfect for six of us, four adults and two children (14 & 11). There was plenty of space for all of us. We loved the pool, kayaking right from the house, and walking to the beach every day. Amy was amazing and the communication was great!

Best vacation in years. the house was wonderful, I would get up every morning and take my coffee out by the pool, with a rod and reel soaking a bait in the canal. The water was beautiful on the island. The view was amazing. Every thing from check-in to the conversations with the host was easy and relaxed. highly recommend!!

Peaceful retreat and great location! 5 minute walk to beach and Pine Ave shops and restaurants. Comfortable and convenient one-level home with a fabulous outdoor space - thoroughly enjoyed the pool and kayaking to the bay. Homeowner was attentive and helpful with all questions and needs. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

The location was wonderful. Patio by the water was so pretty. We loved the views from there. Close to white beaches and turquoise water of the gulf coast. Would definitely stay here again. Hostessp

The house is was very clean and cute. The location is fabulous! Short walk to the beach, shops and a few restaurants. If you’re a Morning person, the sunrise view of the canal was stunning! There is an osprey nest in a tall tree a couple of houses away and we enjoyed watching the birds fishing and circling above. The beaches were very clean and not too busy on the north end of the island. Amy was very responsive when we had an issue that needed seeing to. Communication was top notch. There are still a lot of homes on the island with construction projects due to hurricane damage but nothing too close to the house. We could hear power tools occasionally from work being done a couple of blocks away.

Our host Amy was extremely responsive, personable and helpful. The location of our house was quiet and peaceful. We were within easy walking distance to the beach. The heated pool was lovely and well maintained. The house was clean, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. Being up at the north end of the island is special. It was the oerfect place to be.

The moment you walk in you’re welcomed by such a beautiful view. We enjoyed our 7 day stay so much. The location is tucked back and hidden and it feels like your own little oasis!

Amy was a wonderful host and communication was great. We loved being walking distance to the beach and also loved the backyard/canal access! we had everything we needed in the house and would definitely book again!

The island is beautiful, the property is well-maintained and clean. The view is lovely. The house/kitchen is well-equipped. Amy, the owner was attentive, friendly and helpful. The blue heron came to visit and hung out by the canal several times. What a treat! Great vacation! Definitely recommend and would love to return in the future.

Incredible place for a peaceful get away! Spacious home with everything you could need. The pool was fantastic as well as the view of the canal. The use of the 2 kayaks was awesome. Easy walk to beach, restaurants and shops Highly recommend this property

I wish I could give this more than five stars honestly, the place the house the setting, the tranquility, the amenities everything were above and beyond of what I could’ve expected it was an amazing vacation for myself and my family, and we look forward to going back again in the future
