Stayed Jul 9, 2025Quiet neighborhood and short drive to beaches. Easy walk over the bridge to downtown St. Augustine. Nice fenced backyard for kids to play. Kids enjoyed the large couch for hanging out.. host very helpful

Stayed Nov 25, 2024We had a wonderful stay during Thanksgiving week! The location was ideal to all the sites and on a beautiful street to bike ride and walk. The house was set up perfectly, with a cute backyard and a nice balcony we used to watch the sunsets. The kitchen was stocked enough for us to even make Thanksgiving dinner! Cute house and the owner was very easy to communicate with. We hope to come back for another stay soon!

Stayed Jun 30, 2024We stayed here while waiting for our moving van. The property is in a quiet and very safe neighborhood super close to downtown. The home was clean, comfortable, and the host has thought of everything you might need. It was really nice having the whole house with a gorgeous back yard. I will definitely recommend this location to others visiting St Augustine. Thank you, Nick!

Stayed Apr 13, 2024Just across the bridge from downtown St. Augustine which was a 10 minute bike ride. Centrally located for many tourist attractions, short car ride (or bike) to Anastasia State Park and beach. House was clean, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Outdoor space in back yard was a plus. Owner was great.
