Located within walking distance to Beautiful Simms Cove in a quiet Cul-de-Sac

Everything was great, it was clean and exactly as shown But a couple of the mattresses were very uncomfortable and thin

Property was excellent, quiet and not far from the Moonta bay jetty, close enough to shops etc at Moonta. Could do with a screen door on the front to allow the lovely breeze flow through without worrying about flys, etc. Would go back again

A great location close to Simms Cove and in between Pt Hughes and Moonta Bay Jetty.A wonderful house secure, it was a quiet spot not a party area.We will be back again, the home has everything you need and want.

The house was a very good size for two families, most household items were included, good location from the beach. Good communication with owner and quicker responses. Unfortunately it was not clean at all, i’m not sure what type of job the cleaners do but the floor was absolutely filthy Lots of dog hairs both inside the house and outside, very dirty windows and the floor was not vacuumed or mopped at all. There was no mop bucket so we could not even mop the floors and only a little handheld vacuum cleaner that worked on and off

Lovely spacious house, backyard area and plenty of parking with ample seating inside and out for a large family. Plenty of games, puzzles and books provided. Very clean and well-supplied with appliances. Easy walking to the beach. Hostess was very helpful. Highly recommend it.

Very family friendly, enclosed rear yard great for grandchildren. Loved large central living area and then two wings of bedrooms with a bathroom on each side.

Place was nice and clean and very spacious.

Great place to stay , has everything i require being a fisherman and having the boat there , wife and kids love the short walk to the beach .

Such an amazing layout for families, having the luxury of seperate sleeping/ bath areas. Perfect outdoor area for the family and games for the kids to play.

We had an amazing stay, very quiet area to be close to the beach. I left a note for the cleaner about a few things. Will definitely stay again. We love how it’s designed for 2 families plus to sleep.
