Stayed Oct 17, 2025The property was very clean, had all the amenities needed. The location was great. We also enjoyed relaxing in the sunroom during the evening. I would highly recommend this property.

Stayed Jul 6, 2024We had a great time! The house was perfect!! Spacious, clean and wonderful location approximately one mile from Main Street!! Plenty of shops restaurants and beaches in close proximity. Would definitely return!

Stayed Sep 19, 2022The cleanliness of the home made it feel like our home away from home. The home is very well kept and up to date. The kitchen is very well equipped, you’ll find everything you need to cook a complete meal. Hoping to be back next summer!

Stayed May 26, 2022The house was very nice and comfortable, with lots of room. Everything was good with one exception: Listing doesn't mention limit of 8 people allowed on the property. Since we were in town for a family wedding, it was a disappointment that we could not have guests at the house.

Stayed Oct 4, 2021This home is a gem. Very clean, comfortable, lots of room to spread out, many amenities and very close to Downtown Chatham. Del Mar Vacations was very organized, attentive, and provided a very clean home. I would definitely rent this cute place again.
