I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall a very nice experience. Easy walk over to the beach and the house was comfortable with everything needed. There are four bedrooms, one with a King, one with a Queen, one with two doubles, and one with four bunk beds. The kitchen and living space were well arranged and the deck was nice to sit out on. The location is good for our purposes although groceries are ~15 min away. The house was in good condition and well suited for families with kids. There are no beach amenities available to borrow from the house, no chairs, boogeyboards, umbrellas, etc. so be sure to bring your own. The garage itself is locked and unavailable for tenants so all our beach stuff just laid around outside at night. The outside shower needs a privacy barrier and a little work on the pipes. The neighbor behind the house is related to the owner and keeps an eye on the place. We went to nearby Virginia Beach Watersports a couple times and they were great, very friendly and helpful.

Stayed Sep 15, 2022Next morning our property mgr was there. She ensured things were up to scratch then simply owned it, This was my screw up, I am so very sorry. - We will rent again b/c of this.
