Located in the heart of Mesa w/ peak ocean views

Such a cute townhome located in a neighborhood with everything at your fingertips - grocery, coffee, restaurants and the beaches down the way. Ebike station is 1 block away, we rented them twice. Ubers abound, no car needed. Good views from the cutest upper floor with French doors to patio. Dreamy beds. Beach supplies available. Thank you!

Pro- the rental was very clean when we entered. There was wine, water and snacks for us. They wonderfully stocked kitchen. It was very easy for me to cook for my family. The beds were comfortable and there were a TON of pillows.Cons-I feel this space would be good for a young couple. It is not appropriate for my family as it was VERY NOISY. It was nice to be able to walk to places to eat. There was a bar right next to our rental. It was not loud at all. What was loud was the 7-11 across the street. People outside 7-11 were very very loud. Also, the TV did not work. The Wifi stopped working and Autum restarted it. However, the TV and fire pit never worked. I recommend that the owners have descriptions or directions how to problem solve or use the items in the rental. The living room was very small and has one couch. We sat out on the balcony and front porch most of the time, which was noisy but private. I do not recommend this rental if you have any mobility concerns, the stairs are steep and that is the only way to access the bedrooms. There is one bathroom at the top of the stairs. Overall, it was a wonderful way for our family to have a little trip at the end of the summer. There were a lot of ammenities. Unfortunately, we couldn't utilize all of them. It was a noisy property, but we loved walking around to coffee and resturants.

Had a great time at Costa Mesa Santa Barbara, location is perfect. Beautiful park near by, and all the restaurants and shops you need. Owner was very responsive and helpful

The unit was clean, the beds very comfortable. One can easily walk to stores and restaurants. The stairs pictured are within the unit, and quite steep. There are no railings in the shower. Thus, it is not ideal for seniors. The bedrooms overlook the parking lot of a 7-11 market, and delivery trucks can be heard through the night. This bothered my husband, but with earplugs, I was fine.

We could not have been more pleased with our stay. Great location, great accommodations, great host. We will be back again for sure!

Lovely place in the Mesa! Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shops. Central to anything you may need on your trip to SB!!!

It is on the corner of 2 very busy streets- they gave us earplugs for the noise from streets and restaurant below. Nice place but noisy

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was great for us, on the West Mesa which was our first choice.

Great location, very comfortable bed. Kitchen was well outfitted.

Lovely place

Spent 2 nights - property was perfect for what we needed. The 2nd bed is a bit small for 2 adults but as advertised. Having beach chairs and towels, cooler, etc. was great. Outdoor sitting area is surprisingly private considering the area the home is in. Everything you need is within walking distance. Perfect for us. 5 minutes to downtown waterfront and lots of great restaurants.

Overall, this is a fantastic property. Communication was excellent. However, online listing stated that they had air conditioning air conditioning either was not working or did not exist, which was frustrating as it got quite warm upstairs overall extremely clean and well presented and kept up unit.

Wonderful place to stay. Clean and tidy. Great for two couples. Only small drawback was the location near the 711 can be noisy at night with the windows open.
