Located directly on East Grand Traverse Bay with sandy beach

The area was well accomplished, there was restaurants, and stores. Right on the beach. It is truly a myst stay,cable was a little shaky, but other than that everything was wonderful, also caught the pink moon.

We had a great stay. We were in town for a Bachelorette wine weekend and couldn’t have asked for a better home base. Near enough to all of our activities- shopping, wine tasting, dining. Everything was clean, beds and couches were very comfortable. Any concerns were addressed very quickly by the owners. You can’t get a better view- one of our ladies was even trying to see if she could book for a family stay in the future. What a wonderful property!

Beautiful property, very nice furnishings snd beds. Beautiful views, great outside seating One suggestion maybe have some beach towels or at least some rag towels to wipe off furniture after the rain.

It was wonderful!! What a great place. One of the girls had stayed there about a year ago. She travels to TC at least twice a year and I have been to TC once and stayed down the street. We went to Wineries, out to eat several times, shopped downtown, walked the beach, spent time in the evenings playing games, and went to the Casino. Your place was ideal for us. Unfortunately, two of the girls were unable to come. Thank you!!!BGSU Ohio friends for 58 Years and still having a blast!!

Over all house could have been cleaner. Corners, under beds and furniture. Track on patio doors were full of dead bugs

Nine of us gathered for our 50th Anniversary and enjoyed the accommodations. Spacious living areas provided a great place to gather and dine, and with four bedrooms everyone had a great place to sleep with a combination of king bed, queens, singles and bunk bed. Beds were comfortable and linens great. While the weather didn't cooperate to go swimming (cold and rainy at times) the heater kept us cozy. We'd love to return again.

Beautiful home right on the bay with private beach access. This home was comfortable and spacious. The bedrooms were roomy and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had everything needed to cook a meal, but the home is close enough to enjoy a meal out as well. The host was extremely responsive. Our family didn’t want to leave! This place is perfect for enjoying all Traverse City has to offer. Highly recommend.

We had a lovely week on the water at Patty’s home. Everything was exactly as described. Highly recommend!

I cannot believe how accurately the pictures portrayed this home. What you see in the pictures is exactly what you get. Which is nothing short of amazing. The view from inside the home is beautiful. I really wish we didn’t have to leave. It was homey, relaxing, refreshing, and only minutes from all the downtown shops. I truly feel refreshed and rejuvenated. We spent a lot of time outside and on the beach. And with doing that, we got to see a couple different families of ducks. We even got to see some swans floating past. The home was extremely clean. There were only a couple missed spots from the cleaners. There was a little bit of pink toilet cleaner left on the open toilet lid and some toothpaste on the bathroom sink. Which I did not mention because it was so minimal it didn’t bother any of us. I was so sad to leave and I’m already wanting to go back!! Just book the stay. I highly highly recommend!!

Excellent property and beautiful view!

Absolutely wonderful time in Traverse City. The house was perfect. The view of the bay was amazing. The host could not be any nicer. She was so prompt in getting back to me with any questions I had. My family and friends will definitely be coming back!

The perfect place for women celebrating turning 70!!! The home is beautiful and in a great location, very close to downtown Traverse City. We were there in December during a substantial snowfall, but the driveway was plowed numerous times and the location on a main road made it very easy to venture out. We loved the openess, with comfortable seating for our entire group. Even though we didn't cook, we could tell the kitchen is very well stocked for any type of group. Three full bathrooms is also a big plus. I also appreciated the quick reply from the host when I had a question. We would not hesitate to stay here again.

This was the second time our ladies' group stayed here. We go different places every year, but we kept talking about our very favorite house, This One! It was perfect for out group of eight. The main space is very open for hanging out, and you can't beat the view. We look forward to staying again.

It was our 3rd time staying at this location. You can not beat the views and the comfort of the home. I was a bit taken back by lack of cleanliness this time around. There were cobwebs in every corner. And, in the room description is inaccurate, it states a double and a twin bed in upstairs bedroom, and now it only has a double bed. Overall, still a great place. We had 10 people staying at the house for a wedding! Worked out perfect for us! Great location!

Property was nice. Lots of flies on all of the windows (likely because of proximity to the water). Otherwise we were very satisfied.

The house was wonderful. The check in process was easy and we had everything we needed! My ONLY hesitation is the location- it is directly off of a busy road. Other than that- no complaints. I would stay here again!

Great house. Plenty of room for 5 adults. Loved the back yard area and view. So quiet and peaceful. Even on a rainy day we had a fabulous view of the east bay from the family room. We had a wonderful time.
