Being right on 30A next to the town center and directly across from beach access is very convenient, just know that the cars and crowds cruising until about 11pm are incredibly loud. The master bedroom upstairs doesn't have its own thermostat so it stayed about 5-10 degrees warmer that the rest of the house. Master bedroom also does not have a door to the master bathroom. But we enjoyed the house very much!

We were so close to everything and could be at both beach and center city in just a matter of a few steps. You're literally right across from Ruskin beach access - maybe the most beautiful beach I've been to...crystal clear water and sugar soft white sand, shallow water for a long ways to make playing in the water all day so easy, lots and lots of sand dollars to view in the water. You're one block from city center so walking to dinner and shopping is a breeze. We loved meandering the back way home after dinners where we could take a leisurely walk through the neighborhood.Black Bear coffee is accessed via a cute private path out your back door...lines get long but it's very quaint.You'll love the trees and birds. Mornings are easy to enjoy on one of many porches!With such easy access to 30A and city center be aware some teenagers can be heard at night if they're out and about. But it doesn't last too long, and earplugs helped keep my sleeping hours quiet. You'll also hear some 30a traffic, but probably worth it for the convenience of location. Beds were comfy, kitchen is a good size and well provisioned. The upstairs king suite is so spacious and welcoming, with a huge bathroom. We loved the outdoor showers that connect to the indoor showers for easy transition from beach to home. Great experience with the rental company. They were super communicative and always available! They also helped us book a sandcastle lesson which was a fun way to start our beach vacation! Lots of sand toys tucked away on the front porch, so no need to bring your own.

Fantastic porches for relaxing and leaving beach gear. Very close to 30a which can be noisy in the evenings. So close to the town square which is a added bonus.

The location, very near Central Square and the East Ruskin Pavilion was fantastic! This allowed us to enjoy the Airstream food trucks, Black Bear (fantastic breakfast pastries and sandwiches!) and the shopping in Seaside. The house was a perfect size for our party of four, and exactly what we expected based on its listing. The house was clean, with comfortable beds and furnishings, and a well stocked kitchen. The screened porch was so enjoyable; we ate all our meals on the porch, and spent tons of time outside there. I will definitely look forward to staying here again, and would highly recommend Waterside to anyone looking for a great place to stay when they visit Seaside!

This beach house is lovely and has everything you need to feel right at home! So many outdoor patio areas (including a huge screened in front porch facing 30A) , very large master bedroom, updated amenities and within walking distance to literally everything! We love all of it and have returned to the same property year after year..Highly recommend !!
