Stayed Oct 15, 2025There was a small hiccup when we first arrived but was swiftly corrected and rest of the stay was wonderful. The distance to the National Park was a big plus and my 3 kids explored the creek bed for hours.

Stayed Nov 23, 2024We had a wonderful week stay at this property and the kids enjoyed the stream and playground in the neighborhood. The driveway is very steep but was useable for one vehicle at a time. We would stay here again.

Stayed Jul 21, 2024Had a great time the kids loved the creek and waterfall right under the house. Out by the creek we got to in joy the morning with our coffee. Overall it’s a great place for kids and adults. We will be back.

Stayed Apr 7, 2024We stayed at the house for the 2024 eclipse and were very happy with the cleanliness, comfort, and natural surroundings. The property has a creek running through it with a natural waterfall that was very relaxing. Extensive decks allow you to enjoy the scenery and wildlife. We were greeted by an armadillo near the front porch the 2nd night of our stay, a first for us! The beds were comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked (both drip and Keurig coffee makers), and we were provided with plenty of DVDs to watch. We enjoyed the bird house collection/motif and would certainly stay here again.

Stayed Mar 24, 2024House was as advertised and close to Hot Springs. The driveway was very steep, so we parked in the street. The deck and grill were both degraded and in need of repair. The creek was amazing and peaceful and we had a great time at the bonfire.
