Stayed Sep 6, 2025Had a blast. Accurate listing. Beautiful location for stunning sunsets. Keep in mind that hwy98 runs right in front of house so it can be noisy with trucks at night. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed Jul 13, 2023We came for a long weekend and we had a great time in spite of the rain. The beach was a 3 minute walk from the house and the beaches and water were very clean and beautiful.

Stayed Jul 5, 2023We really enjoyed the house. It was beautiful and very fresh and updated! I hate the beach but my family doesn’t so we had the best of both worlds short walk to the beach for them while I enjoyed the balcony views of the water!! Loved this place and will definitely rebook!

Stayed Mar 20, 2021We LOVED our stay and truly felt we were LIVING THE DREAM each and every day! Sitting on the deck was our favorite party of each day! Views were fabulous! The decor of the home was top notch and would love to have every bit of it in my own home! Hope to come back soon!

Stayed Mar 13, 2021This was a rental property that had just gone back on the market after new construction so we were the first renters. I was looking for something that we'd really enjoy for a full week in while we worked remotely. The house gave us incredibly easy access to the beach and a view of the ocean from the house itself. As you can see from the pics, the house is right on Hwy 98 but that's pretty standard for Mexico Beach homes. Very few are actually on the beach side. The traffic didn't bother us at all. The inside of the home is very nice with an open floor plan downstairs so whether cooking or watching TV everyone could spend time together. All new appliances. Plenty of cookware. Bedrooms were a nice size, all new bedding and walls seemed to drown out noise/tv from other rooms. Communication with rental company was outstanding, probably the best I've experienced. We enjoyed our experience so much, we've already booked again for a week this summer.
