Livin the Dream Retreat in Terra Verde Resort in Kissimmee / Orlando Florida is the perfect location for your affordable family vacation!!! We are located just 10 minutes from Disney World, yet this beautiful resort style gated community is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the parks.

LIVIN THE DREAM RETREAT is a beautiful 1300 sq ft fully air conditioned 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom, 2 storey townhouse that has all the necessities of home but with all the luxurious amenities of afirst class resort.

The home has FREE Wi-Fi throughout, 4 Large High Definition TV's with HD programming (117 Digital Channels) all with DVD players.

When you walk through the front door of Livin The Dream Retreat, you will enter the large main level open floor plan, with living/dining room and kitchen area. There is also a laundry room with full size washer and dryer as well as a 2 piece bathroom.

The kitchen is stocked with dishes, cutlery and pots/pans. There is a microwave, dishwasher, ceran cook-top range, fridge/freezer that dispenses fresh chilled water and cubed or crushed ice, coffee maker, and toaster.

The living area is perfect for relaxing under the ceiling fan on the comfortable sofa (with queen bed pull out) and loveseat. Whether you are watching a High Definition program or a DVD, you won't be disappointed in the picture quality on the 37 LCD 1080p HDTV in the main living area.

The patio doors off the living room lead into the private screened-in south facing court yard area that backs onto the expansive lake with breathtaking views.

Relax on the comfortable deep seating conversation set or take in some sunshine on the comfortable lounge chairs. Imagine relaxing in the private heated spa/hot tub and never being bothered by bugs!! You can exit the screened-in patio area and walk less than 50 ft to the Clubhouse and heated resort pool.

The upstairs has three bedrooms all of which have comfortable mattresses and quality bedding, furnishings and ceiling fans.

The master bedroom has a King Bed and is located to the rear of the property with breathtaking views overlooking the lake and private patio. It has a brand new Supreme Elegance Euro Top mattress, a 26 LCD/DVD Combo HDTV with digital cable and an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.

The second bedroom has a Queen Bed and the third bedroom has 2 Twin Beds - both bedrooms have 26 LCD/DVD Combo HDTV with digital cable and are located to the front of the property and share the third bathroom.
