Stayed Sep 29, 2024Overall the house was decent (I’d rate it a C+) and most amenities were functional, however the stovetop was broken (it got replaced during our stay) and the hot water heater broke during our stay (was replaced within 24 hours-mgmt was accessible).The shower curtains had black mold, the walls were beat up, carpet worn and stained, outdoor TV was broken, the fence was charred behind the grill, drywall cracked on the ceilings, outdoor lights either broken or inaccessible. It really just needs overall maintenance. Would have preferred a private walkway to the beach. The elevator was convenient.The arcade game was great. But overall it was time spent with family near the ocean that made the vacation worthwhile. The other things are first world problems. That said, I don’t think we’ll return to this property.

Stayed May 29, 2022Nice large house to fit our big family. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and then some! Great location which is everything when visiting the beach. The people staying in the bunks said that they were very uncomfortable but that was really the only complaint. The pool was nice and the house was very cool getaway from the heat. Lovely home and just what we needed for a great family vacation!
