Our family had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Isle of Palms beach home through iTrip! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that every detail had been thoughtfully considered. The home was immaculate, beautifully furnished, and perfectly designed for large families, with plenty of gathering spaces where everyone could relax, visit, and make memories together. The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with dishes, cookware, and everything needed to prepare meals for a crowd. We especially appreciated all the extras provided, including the ping pong table, ample beach chairs, umbrellas, and other beach gear. The location simply can't be beat—right on the beach! It truly felt like we had our own private stretch of sand most of the time. The views were incredible, and beach access was effortless. A special thank you to Steven at iTrip, who was fantastic throughout the entire process. He was incredibly responsive, helpful, and genuinely kind, making our experience even better. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect vacation home and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beachfront getaway, especially larger families. We will return!

Sea Dream was the perfect house for us. Plenty of room, clean, easy access to the beach and homey! We all agreed we didn’t want to leave. Hope to be back soon!

Truly the perfect house for our family to stay in! Great location.. easy walk to the beach and close to a good variety of IOP restaurants. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed. Can’t recommend it enough!

We had a wonderful stay at Sea Dream. It was myself and 3 boys, ages 7-11. The home was laid out well. It offered good kitchen pans and utensils. They also have plenty of high quality consumables (ex. good quality toilet paper and paper towels, soap / shampoo / conditioner, laundry soap and dishwashing pods and dish soap). That is something that we find lacking in most short-term rentals and they make a much more enjoyable stay. The kids loved the heated pool since the weather wasn't great for the beach and normal swimming. The beach was very accessible. The home was quiet and clean. We hope to come back in the future.

The house was PERFECT for a group of 8 moms getting away. Many of us saved the listing because it would be perfect for families too. The bedrooms were BEAUTIFUL. There wasn’t a bad room - even those of us sharing the bunk room slept well. Being on the beach was a dream, and the fenced in backyard was a bonus. There are plenty of spaces to spread out and read, but an equal number of spaces to gather and hang out. The grocery store, restaurants, coffee shop, and sandwich shop were all within walking distance. Overall, we can’t say enough great things about this property. Our only regret was not staying longer!

Great location and house!

The home was so lovely and comfortable. It had everything we needed for a wonderful “girls weekend” to celebrate a milestone birthday. We loved the ample space in the home for sleeping, playing games, and for conversation. The home was beautifully decorated and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook and prepare food. We would stay at Sea Dream again in a heartbeat!

Our daughter was married in Charleston. This house had everything we could possibly need/want. The bridal party and most importantly, the bride, chose to get ready at the house. It was just perfect! We extended our stay due to delays from snow and it was the perfect place to be stranded! What a home!

Beautiful location

We had a phenomenal time staying at this property! We rented the house with a large group of adult women and were able to all fit in the house comfortably. The bunk beds even fit adults! The outdoor patio and beach access is truly amazing. The kitchen and living room were great. The only problem we had was with playing music - we did receive a noise alert text that we were being too loud but then went outside and you couldn't hear anything playing. We assume there may be an automated noise monitoring system. Regardless it was not a problem. I would highly recommend staying here - we want to come back with our families!

What a gem! This was our first trip to Isle of Palms and the Sea Dream home was everything we hoped it would be! The layout was perfect to accommodate sleeping arrangements for our group. The views of the ocean were stunning and we enjoyed time on the balcony looking at the water and listening to the waves. Access was a breeze with a quick walk to the ocean and the house had plenty of amenities to support our needs. We hope to stay here again next year!

The home is perfect with room for my entire family to sleep comfortably. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare a meal. Great views and super relaxing.

Three generation family vacation. The young children loved the pool on arrival. Lots of room to spread out. Four cousins had a blast playing in the bunk room. Waled to beach on the beach access beside the house every day. Adults and children took surf lessons. Kitchen had plenty of kitchen tools and appliances and plenty of seating. Close to restaurants and playground and pickle ball courts. Wonderful vacation. Wonderful location. Wonderful family time! Highly recommend staying at Sea Dream.

The house was everything we had hoped it would be. We had incredible proximity to the beach and there was enough space at the house for those that didn't want to soak up sun to relax and enjoy themselves at the pool without it feeling cramped. The rooms and bathrooms were all much nicer than what you would find in most other houses, and all the appliances (kitchen equipment, AC, etc.) worked perfectly. If I'm ever heading back to Isle of Palms I will definitely be booking this house again.

We had a wonderful stay. It was my daughters bachelorette trip. The hime was absolutely perfect and we all had a great time. Awesome location and the pool was a great bonus. We cherished our time. Would definitely book again! Thanks for helping us create great memories!

I'm not sure what to rave about more.....the location of the house or the house itself! Sea Dream was truly a dream stay for us! Everything from the furniture to the appliances to the finishes of the house seemed brand new and truly quality. Not to mention the incredible ocean view and access to the beach. I can't recommend this house enough if you're planning on staying in the Charleston area. Pool, beach, privacy, and an amazing house - this place had it all!

Great place!

This was the perfect property for a group of friends on a golf outing. It was beautifully decorated. There were many different areas both inside and outside for people to hang out and visit. We loved the views of the ocean and proximity to the beach. This is one of our favorite properties to stay!!!

We stayed here for my bachelorette trip with 12 people and the house was great for groups!!! The location and proximity to the beach was perfect. Each room having its own bathroom was amazing, and even the bunk beds fit adults just fine! We had some questions about the grill while we were there and the property managers were SO responsive. Honestly was a perfect home!!

The sea dream was everything we had hoped for and more. The staff was very user friendly and the house was amazing. We really enjoyed the pool and 1 minute walk to the beach. Rooms were very nice and clean. Not much else you could ask for!

The house is beautiful!! The kitchen was fully equipped and plenty of space for our group of 13! The back deck is so nice and we loved the ocean view and amazing backyard. Highly recommend, everything was well taken care of and very clean. Would love to come back in the summer to enjoy the beach and pool in warmer weather!

Plenty of room and great areas to socialize

We were here in November to celebrate a 50th Anniversary, so had a range of guests from ages 4 to 75. Temperatures ranged from low 70's to high 80's during our stay, so we enjoyed both inside and outside. This home was absolutely wonderful. There was plenty of space for all of our guests, and room for us all to gather together. The outdoor space and heated pool were wonderful for the kids, and adults enjoyed watching college football from the pool in the evening. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for meal preparation and serving. Views were absolutely beautiful. A wonderful time was had by all!

Had a really good time. Enjoyed the property, very clean, right on the beach. The pool while nice was nothing special. The front door in its current condition is not really useable. All in all it was a good long weekend with great weather

This house is perfect for large groups, and very well appointed. All bedrooms have great beds, and are spacious, and bathrooms are updated. The deck is huge, and kitchen came stocked with everything we needed to cook and be comfortable. Beach access is also very easy, and the view is awesome! I would definitely recommend staying here again.

My husband and I stayed here and really enjoyed our time. The house was on the beach with easy beach access and beautiful outdoor views and seating. The pool was lovely and shaded. This house is perfect for a couples weekend with or without kids. Great location close to delicious brunch spots and shopping. The decor was beautiful and cozy! I want to go back! Thank you!

It was the most relaxing stay. From the views to all the amenities it was perfect from start to finish. We loved the cool dipping pool, beautiful well stocked kitchen inside and out by the pool. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. The house had such a great location, we even enjoyed yoga on the deck! I loved waking and enjoying my coffee ☕️ on the deck hearing the waves in the background. I would highly recommend staying here with a group of friends or family with kids. The easy access to the beach was the cherry on top!

The house was perfect and the right amount of space and coziness. What a gem of beach house perfectly located from the shops and restaurants but tucked in where you have privacy with the most gorgeous view of the beach. What a perfect weekend spent with friends and the host had everything there we needed to make it special.
