Stayed Jan 15, 2026The house was perfect for our get-together with friends. We really enjoyed the layout with ample room to gather as a group, or enjoy some privacy as well. There were plenty of amenities and the golf was a lot of fun and surprisingly challenging. The hot tub was very relaxing, however, we did not use the pool as it was not heated as mentioned in the listing. We especially enjoyed the outdoor shower, grill, and beautiful view of the mountains. The home decor was adorable and era appropriate. It is located in a nice neighborhood, walking distance to downtown and shopping. Be aware that the 6th bedroom is located out by the pool and is not accessible from inside the house.

Stayed Dec 2, 2025This was perfect for a sisters trip. Plenty of room with separate bedrooms and chaise loungers outside. It was a bonus that the host had fun Christmas trees up for our pre Christmas trip. Thoroughly liked the neighborhood and pool area.

Stayed Nov 23, 2025All was wonderful. Only issue was the bedroom with the outside entry…no direct access to a bathroom. One had to cross the pool deck and into the house. I would have liked to know this in advance.

Stayed Mar 29, 2025We were 6 75 female friends from college days. It was a comfortable place for us to hang out and catch up. Tim was very prompt and responsive to concerns/questions we had. Be aware that the 6th bedroom is accessible only from outside the house with a key.

Stayed Nov 27, 2024Place was nice but there were some issues that came up: 1. Hot tub tank had a hole though it didn’t interfere greatly with usability, 2. Cleaning people were there at check in time- apparently there was a mix up about the day we were to arrive- strange though they thought we would be checking in after 4 pm on Thanksgiving day, 3. TVs didn’t work. These issues are why I didn’t give a 5 rating
