Stayed Nov 11, 2022Perfect place to stay for a game weekend. Walkable to so many great spots. House was great and had plenty of room. Owners were extremely helpful when I had questions and responsive very quickly. Can’t wait to stay here again.

Stayed Feb 23, 2023We were pleasantly surprised with this gem! It was nice, clean, comfortable and easy to get to. The check out requests were very reasonable and simple to do. The owner was quickly responsive to my texts. To find it on maps, put in 104 S. Nash St even though the street sign is Goodman Place. We will be back!

Stayed Jun 12, 2022The property manager didn’t send us a code to enter the property. We were left sitting outside of the house for sometime before successfully communicating with the property manager. Once inside, the house was filthy. The house smells awful. The downstairs a/c doesn’t work and it was 99 degrees both days. The flooring and carpet was disgusting. There were dead roaches, stains and debris in all rooms. The refrigerator was so dirty we wouldn’t even use it. The back porch was so dirty, we couldn’t use that either.

Stayed Jun 12, 2021This House was perfect for our weekend trip. It had everything we needed and more. This house is just a short walk to the Cotton District and a 10 to 15 minute walk to campus. I highly recommend this property to anyone. The property owner was great to work with as well. My family and I will be looking to stay here again in the future.
