Pressure wash the outside and deck, clean up the walkway and install lighting, replace linoleum in kitchen and install electrical outlet in bathroom.

The house was very cute and cozy. It had all the amenities I could’ve wanted. The space felt very cold the first night I was there. After speaking with the property manager, the temperature and my experience improved. The bathroom could use updating. There were no outlets in the bathroom and the hot water in the shower didn’t last long.

Thank you so much for such a comfortable stay. Unfortunately, we misread the listing and thought the couch was a pull-out. Since my business partner and I were in town for High Point Market, we needed separate sleeping arrangements.The homeowner was absolutely wonderful — she ordered an inflatable mattress for us, and it arrived the very same day. Truly incredible! Thank you again for your thoughtfulness and hospitality.

The house was a cute little guest cottage. It was comfortable but very old so fixtures and appliances were dated. There was no electric outlet in the bathroom so adding one or adding a mirror over the dresser in the bedroom would be helpful for guests who need to blowout/style their hair. The bed was super comfy - we slept very well all three nights we were there. And the mini split climate controlled system was great - very quiet and highly effective for the sized space. Even though we did not use it, it was nice to have a fully useable kitchen. All in all I would say it was a comfortable stay for a couple for a few days very convenient to the events we were in the area to attend. Just could use some modernization. Otherwise a nice place to stay for an individual or a couple in a charming older neighborhood.

The little white house was adorable and beautifully decorated. Everything went well for us. I would stay again in the future any would definitely recommend this darling efficacy cottage to family and friends.

Great location!

This is such a cute place and was perfect for me and my dog for three nights. I felt safe and enjoyed walking my dog in the neighborhood. The location was an easy drive to everything I wanted to do and Maddie was very responsive to any questions or concerns. This is like a guesthouse behind the big house so it is tucked in but you very much have your privacy as you access the property from a different street.

Location was ideal for all the places we wanted to visit and friends to see. The hosts are awesome communicators and on top is any questions or needs we had during our stay! Very cute and quaint place for a great get away for us! We appreciate all the hosts did for us during our stay. Clean, safe, and perfect for morning and evening walks in quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend

A quiet locale next to a pond and greenery made for a relaxing visit. Parking was easy despite being on a small residential street. We plan to return soon.

The cottage was well supplied and cozy. Loved the convenient location!

great getaway - only thing that kept it from being perfect was the mattress, needs to be replaced, but otherwise just was we needed in a weekend escape!

This was the perfect place for me while at a wedding weekend at GCC.

This cottage is wonderful. Great location and cozy. It has a fantastic deck that we would have enjoyed if it had been warm weather. My only suggestion is adding a mirror to the wall near the front door because that is where an outlet is located. There is not an outlet in the bathroom, so a mirror by this outlet near the door would be helpful when blow drying hair.
