Little Red Tree House on the Little Red River 8 Acres Large Dock and Hot Tub!

Place was exactly what was described. It was spacious and comfortable, remote enough to be quiet but close enough to have access to amenities. The dock and porch were wonderful. Access to water for fishing was wonderful too.

Great location. Fishing off the dock was fantastic. Proximity to shopping in Heber Springs was great. Had everything we needed. Will definitely be back.

My 4th time staying here. Loved the new outdoor furniture. The house was very clean, hot tub was great!!!

Very cozy cabin, enjoyed sitting by the fire place. Caught some trout on the floating dock as well. Will be back for sure.

Amenities were off the chart! Absolutely perfect! Quiet, peaceful surroundings, great fishing dock, great fishing location! Host even put me up a beautiful Christmas Tree! Never met her, but she’s awesome! I’m only about 40 miles down the road, but I will gladly re-visit the tree house on the little red!

This river house is beautiful! It is well stocked, clean, charming and more! The fishing dock was great too. We had such a great time with family and can’t wait to come back again!

Great home! Peaceful & quiet. Beautiful area. Close to the grocery store which was nice. Loved the fire pit and hot tub.

I booked this property for my husband and 4 of his fishing buddies. They have stayed at the Little Red Treehouse several times before and absolutely love it: the house, the area, the decks, and the dock! The only negative was the inability to access Libby Shoals (without driving all the way around there) because of the overgrowth of the riverbank. They felt like if it was cleaned up an kept cut back, that they would be able to wade over there, or at least try to.They are already planning to go back next Spring!

What a beautiful spot for our girls trip!! It was peaceful, and had everything we needed. It exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be recommending this place!

This was an amazing property in a beautiful location. Everything was immaculate and well stocked. It was peaceful and the fishing was great! I would highly recommend this property if it’s peace and quiet you’re looking for. It’s conveniently located to town, yet gives you a very private feel. We definitely look forward to staying here in the future. I would give it a thousand stars if I could.

This is a beautiful cabin that has everything you need. I love the view, the river, the privacy and location are great. I will definitely be returning again.

This place is very peaceful and it definitely feels like you are in a tree house. The house was clean and the kitchen was very well stocked.

We all enjoyed the peace and beauty that the Little Red Tree House provided. All the amenities were superb, including the hot tub and boat dock.We will definitely come back here.

My sister and I plan a “sisters trip” every year. We chose the Little Red Treehouse because we like to fish. We were absolutely blown away by our stay here. The cabin is so easy to get to and in such a pretty area. Fishing dock was fantastic and we caught plenty of fish. The house was immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. (LOVED the quirky pictures!) The kitchen had plenty of plates and cooking utensils and the bathrooms were well stocked with towels and toilet paper. The house is bright and airy and just all around wonderful. I’ve already told several family members about it with the hopes that they can take a vacation there!

Usually places are better in pictures but this time pictures cannot do it justice. We had an amazing trip and are looking at the calender for next year. My husband caught several diffent kinds of fish. I enjoyed the various wildlife around. This is definitely the place to be.

Place is perfect for a group wanting to hang out and relax and do some great fishing. We were blessed with perfect weather

Beautiful house right on the river ! The large dock is awesome! We caught at least 15 trout. You can’t beat the view from the back porch , just stunning. Perfect Vacation!

I tried to think of anything the house was lacking, and I couldn’t.A marvelous home with all the little touches to make for a fantastic stay. Great fishing off the dock, easy access to town and other parts of the river.the views, the fireplace, the hot tub, so much more. Can’t wait to visit again.

My 3rd time staying here, always a pleasure! I caught 27 rainbows off of dock. Saw the resident fox twice. House is very clean and peaceful like always. I highly recommend staying here!

The Little Red Tree House is just the perfect place on the river. We ended up being able to check in a couple of days early which allowed us to be completely snowed in at the cabin! It was an amazing experience! The cabin had everything we could possibly need. We cooked and baked all meals in the kitchen. We loved the wood burning fireplace and the hot tub and we used them daily. However, the real treat was the dock and the fishing. We caught trout every day that we fished. It was so much fun! It was a plus that we were able to bring our dogs and it was great that we could let them off leash on the property. However, we did see an eagle very close to the house on two days that we were there so we kept a close eye on the dogs after that! Suzie was very quick to respond to any messages and we enjoyed showing her pictures of the snow. It was a great trip and we can't wait to get back. They really have thought of everything! Thank you so much for letting us stay in your wonderful home!

It was a relaxing get away for my family after Christmas

We had a wonderful stay at Little Red Treehouse over Christmas. Everything about the property was just perfect for us - it was spotless and had everything you could possibly need. Suzie was quick to respond to questions and checked in halfway through our stay to make sure everything was going well. If you want to get away from the world and decompress from the stress of life, this is definitely the place to do it!

Simply put...great place, great location, great atmosphere.

Great property fishing was slow though

Once again Suzzie has done a great job. This place was clean and ready to go. We stayed here last year and it was perfect. Clean and well stocked. The fishing was amazing this year. My sons and grandkids love this place. So relaxing. I am booking it for next year too!!!

Communication with host: great. Home is beautiful, very clean and fully stocked kitchen. We cooked meals there every day except for arrival date. Highly recommend Angie's Hideaway in Heber Springs. Only kitchen hiccup is one of the oven's digital temperature dial segments is out so had to get used to that, small hiccup. Beds were comfortable, one bed did squeak badly so my sister said anytime one of them would reposition the squeaking would wake her up (light sleeper I guess). Dock was wonderful, we didnt fish but saw a number of people fishing the other side of the river and they caught a trout just as the river made a bend. Check-in/check-out was simple and effective. Hot tub worked great, one issue we had and it was self induced is somehow we locked the control panel. Simple YouTube search and discovered to unlock it you had to hold the four corner button down at the same time. Fireplace worked great as we used it the last night there. Water was hot for showers. Didnt use the dishwasher as we did them by hand. View off deck was gorgeous. Just FYI we were there the end of Sep and foliage had not started turning yet so if that's what you are looking for then suggest probably late Oct visit. Deck overhead coverage was wonderful so we could sit during the day and not be exposed to direct sunlight. Dock also provided partial overhead coverage so that was a huge plus too. Water was very cold, mid 50s as of course my brother-in-laws had to jump in but immediately got out

Very nice very clean would recommend to family and friends

My husband and live in OK and our kids live in Texas and Arkansas. This was a great place for all the family to meet up to spend a few days together. The property is gorgeous and the house was very clean and felt very homey. If you are looking for a place for several people to stay in this area, it’s hard to beat this one.

When they would release the dam the cooling effect on the river was amazing on a hot summer's day

Home was cozy, comfortable and clean. superior access to the little red river. our guides were even able to drop some of us off at the boat dock on the property.

Every thing was good except the beds all squeaked very bad need fixed but every thing else was very nice and clean dock was very nice your property man that checked on trash and done your sign out front very nice and give good advice what to do in area.
