• TROUT FISHING: Enjoy your Private Dock w/Private Boat Slip located on stretch of Little Red River, well-known as one of the HOTTEST SPOTS TO CATCH TROUT! Locals & guides frequent here. Guests consistently catch their daily limits conveniently fishing directly from the dock. Each bedroom has Queen-size beds w/luxury, 1000-thread Egyptian bedding, multiple high-end pillows, cozy blankets. Two FULL-SIZE Baths equipped w/ample luxury linens (oversize bath & hand towels, wash clothes) plus all the basic necessities.

• KITCHEN: Entering the Kitchen you’re greeted with Welcome Snack Basket & Bridget's Homemade Signature Muffins or other treats freshly baked for your arrival! The kitchen is spacious w/open floor plan overlooking the den, living & sitting areas, so the “chefs” will not feel isolated preparing meals/snacks. Your doggies' needs are provided as well w/dog bedding, blankets, extra towels, serving food/water bowls, leash/collar, 24-ft cable line, waste bags, chew toys. Secure 10x10-ft Dog Kennel w/Igloo dog house located near house for occasions where you may like to secure your dog outside on a nice day while you go down to the river or out for shopping/dining).

• PRIVATE DOCK: The backyard has 194-ft of RIVER FRONTAGE with multi-level decks/stairs overlooking the river, ultimately leading to a generous-sized, upscale 16 x 40-ft lighted Private Dock with a covered Private Boat Slip. Fishing station conveniently located on dock as well as plenty of comfortable seating/patio furniture. Emphasizing this stretch of the river is well known for catching limits of rainbows as trout guides & local fishermen frequent this area. Guests have been fortunate to land browns as well, right off the dock. Pending water levels & river flow, could wade fish. Prefer to observe Sit back & experience the refreshing cool air from the river while enjoying the spectacular, scenic views, the majestic rock bluffs and various wildlife directly from the dock. Watch a flock of Canada Geese fly by, smoothly land on the water. If you’re lucky you can spot an eagle cruising along the river. Little cool Be sure and bring cozy throw from the house & don’t forget your favorite beverage! Still cool Walk back up to house and enjoy the warmth from the Fire-Pit while roasting s’mores.

The natural scenery enriched w/breath-taking views & abundant wildlife hosts the ideal environment for leisure nature walks and/or bike rides. *Please Note: Respectfully stating, this property due to its natural surroundings (ie., River water level/flow varies; multiple steps leading to dock; located within rural, wooded, natural setting host of various terrains (ie., neighboring ravine, unlevel backdrop, rock paths, etc.,), its heavily-decorated decor & various sentimental articles is NOT suitable for UNSUPERVISED or undisciplined Children.
