Stayed Apr 29, 2025This house is what every VRBO should be. Super clean home and crystal clear pool. clean grill grates, clean fridge, clean showers. Elegant, modern interior. Complete coffee service for every type of coffee preparation including electric milk frother! The heated salt water pool was heavenly.Responsive host.Next to an undeveloped lot so we got to enjoy wildlife in the middle of an otherwise developed community. There are wide walking/biking paths next to all the roads in the area. 2 miles away you can access the Lehigh Greenway Rail Trail (8 miles). Follow GPS to Southern Recreation Center. Park at the dog park. There are restrooms there too and a bike repair station.It's a special place and I hope future renters don't destroy it before I get back.

Stayed Mar 1, 2025This property is exceptional. This is a newer home with high end bathrooms, kitchen and pool/lanai area. The property is meticulously maintained and absolutely the cleanest rental we have ever stayed at. It's located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. It's within 5 - 10 miles of shopping, churches, post office, restaurants and beaches. The house is well stocked with all the necessary beach going paraphernalia and the kitchen is well stocked if you chose to prepare meals. The property manager Malgorzata is excellent answering all are questions and addressing any concerns we might have. We had no problems with this rental. Everything worked as it should and I would highly recommend this property to anyone who is interested in visiting the Palm Coast area. Our experience with this rental was a 10.
