Little Italy Gem 4BR, WiFi, Smart TVs, Grill, Near Zoo & Downtown

A great place to stay in a quiet area. Its location to downtown was perfect! The host answered any questions we had and it made for a nice relaxing stay.

The property was as described with a great kitchen for preparing meals. It was very convenient for our stay in Omaha to go to the zoo and Children’s Museum. Jeremy was responsive when we had a few questions.

Great location, well supplied kitchen, host was wonderful to work with.

Nicely remodeled house minutes from the zoo, Durham museum and downtown riverfront parks. Our family enjoyed the large dining table.

This house was great for a family! Plenty of space for the kids to spread out. Communication with the host was fantastic. This was our first experience and he was awesome! Our main goal was to see the zoo and this was the perfect location for that! The kitchen was great size for our family of 5.

Host was very welcoming and easy to communicate with. House is in an excellent area to be able to navigate and explore from. House was also clean and amenities were nice.

We had a great visit to Omaha. The house was perfectly located between the zoo and downtown. The house was great for the 4 adults and 6 your kids. There was a minor issue getting in the first day but we reach out to Jeremy and he had the issue fixed in minutes. Super nice guy and easy to work with.

The house was amazing. Very clean, friendly area. House rules were to the point and within reason. Location was great.

House was nice, older home but remodeled. Master bath was decent but small. Master shower had smaller sliding door somewhat challenging but it was ok. Neighborhood decent for an older area. Enjoyed our stay.

Jeremy was very easy to work with and responded very quickly. It was close to the Zoo, and had everything our family needed to enjoy our short vacation. Our only critique is when you consider the price of the cleaning service, the cleanliness of the house could be improved as there was stuff under most of the furniture and leftover junk in the kitchen cabinets.

Our kids, grandkids, husband and I stayed here when we had my Dad's Celebration of Life Service recently. Several family members commented that it was a really nice place to stay. No issues at all.

The property was exactly as stated in the listing. Very well stocked and good communication from the property manager as the cleaning was delayed and he called to let us know.

Cute, updated house near downtown Omaha! It was perfect for my family for the week while I was in town for a work trip. It also was super close to the zoo which made our day of fun with little kids super easy. The owner was also very nice and easy to work with and communicate.

This location is ideal for a visit to the zoo and Old Market, the two purposes of our stay. The accommodations were comfortable and well equipped. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

We loved staying at the big blue house. It was clean, conveniently located, and well supplied. I loved the beautiful old entry rooms, the wonderful kitchen, and having a patio set outside.

Wonderful location near the zoo, botanical gardens & the Old Market area. Plenty of space inside & a nice outdoor rear to enjoy as well. This property is on our stay again list the next time we're in Omaha.

Location, house, front and back porch, beds were comfortable , large dining room table we used to put puzzles together in the evening all was very nice!

We really enjoyed our stay here! The owner was VERY responsive and was very flexible (there was a blizzard the day we were scheduled to check in and we could not travel so he was gracious enough to delay our check in a day).Although we didn't cook much in the kitchen, it looked well stocked with sufficient pots and pans, glasses, etc. We loved the large dining table!!! So many places have small tables that don't accommodate the correct amount of people they advertise can stay there, but this house definitely provided the correct size. The spacious bench seating was great for the kids also.The check-out responsibilities were reasonable and pretty easy. I would highly recommend staying here!Thanks for a great visit to Omaha!

This house was perfect for our traveling High school Robotics team. We had 5 teens and 4 adults. This house had very comfortable beds for all of us. The home was also very well stocked with toiletries, towels and extra pillows, etc. We highly recommend this home if you are looking for a place anywhere near the Omaha Zoo.

We loved our stay in Little Italy. Near great restaurants and close to highways. And the zoo right down the street. We were less than 10 minutes to Heartland Park and Luminarium. We actually walked to dinner one night at via Farina. (Great dinner!) The house is really great. Lots of space for grandma, grandpa, me and my husband and my son. The neighborhood is older, but I felt safe walking and no worries about our car. The location can’t be beat. House stocked with whatever you need. Thank you!

Kids and I stayed at this property during State Wrestling and was perfect getaway location. Only about 1.5 miles to CHI and downtown made it easy for us to relax but yet still be close.

We visited family for Thanksgiving and did the cooking for the day. Check-in and check-out went smoothly and kitchen was functional and well-equipped. Home was warm, cozy, and comfortable.

Our family shared the rental with another volleyball teammate and her mom. There 8 of us total. Property is maintained well, clean, well-stocked kitchen and bathrooms, very clean. There were even luggage stands in each bedroom like you find in some hotels. Communication with the host was a breeze. Will totally look to stay here again.

This home in Little Italy has been carefully renovated and has all the modern conveniences you need. The home is clean and well stocked. We stayed one week and enjoyed the house, yard and neighborhood. Very close to downtown and the Zoo. There is a park near by also.
