The house was in walking distance to several good restaurants The parking spaces were very handy. Pagosa Springs is repairing most of main street part of US 160. If you don't have on-site parking, you are just out of luck

This property is in the perfect location to restaurants and the hot springs. We were so comfortable and appreciated the beautifully decorated style of the home. The owner is very responsive. If we ever travel back to Pagosa Springs, we’ll definitely stay here again.

This was a girl's trip for my daughter and I. We loved the proximity to shopping, dining, and the overall vibe to the house. We felt safe and hated to leave. It was a wonderful experience. I just should have booked a longer stay.

The Little House on the Alley is the perfect place to stay for a weekend getaway for two. It was clean, cozy and conveniently located. It is literally steps away from all of my favorite Pagosa Springs eateries. Highly recommend!!

I very much liked the amenities provided. The house was very neat and decorated with taste. The bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen nicely stocked with dishes, and pots and pans, as well as a keurig machine and tea kettle. This place is also very near to eateries should you want to eat out. The host was ready to help with any question.

I enjoyed my stay. Host was understanding was an issue. Also answered my question in a timely fashion. Improvement would be a larger air conditioner that cools the bedroom better. The last correspondence I received before checking in stated - review the checkout procedure. But it didn’t state what was to do done when checking out. Turned out 1) strip the bed and place the sheets in the washer and run it for a specific time. 2) Also do the same with the dishwasher. 3) Finally take the trash and recycles out and put in appropriate containers. This should be fully disclosed in the beginning since there is a cleaning fee charge.

Absolutely adorable. Nice comfy king bed. Very clean and although we were just there overnight and didn’t cook you can easily make your meals there since the Kitchen is huge for the size of the home. Nice bathroom with full sized w/d. Quiet street. Convenient to the shops and stores. Has a coffee maker and a Keurig! Photos although accurate don’t convey how sweet the home is. Window unit AC kept the house much cooler than rentals we have stayed that had mini splits. Good off street parking. Clear instructions for driving to home. Maria was a wonderful host. Friendly and quick to respond. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend!

We loved our stay at the Little House on the Alley! It was comfortable, clean, and convenient being walking distance from just about everything downtown. Additionally, Donna was a great host, providing clear instructions for everything from check in to check out. We absolutely would (and likely will) book again!

We visit Pagosa Springs at least four to six times a year and always stay at a pet friendly VRBO close to the resort. This was our first time staying at this particular one and really enjoyed the upgrade to entire house vs the usual studios we typically stay in. We will definitely use again. Our only complaint, there is no AC. So we probably will not use Jun - Aug. Outside of that, outstanding.

Wow!! This place is a gem and absolutely perfect! This little house packs a big punch! It was quite spacious for my husband and I and our dog! Plenty of room in every room and the giant bed was so comfy! The washer and dryer in the spacious bathroom was an added bonus. But you can’t beat the location! Perfectly situated behind Main Street, you can walk almost any where you want to dine, shop, or dip in the springs! The communication with the host and the super accommodating property manager, Leo, is top notch!! All around 10/10 and helped make our vacation to Pagosa Springs that much more wonderful!!

Phenomenal place to stay in Pagosa! Clean, comfortable, and a 30 second walk to the Main Street. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Pagosa Springs.

If a single bedroom (plus sleeper sofa) fits your needs it would be hard to find a better one than this. Well appointed. Great shower, bed, appliances, and washer/dryer. Easy in and out. Responsive host.

The “Little House” is centrally located, we walked to most places. Our only regret is that we wish we could stay longer.

This was a great little place…great location…you can literally walk anywhere and not have to figure out traffic and parking. The house is so nice…honestly…pretty perfect in every way! We definitely recommend it and would stay there again if we’re ever in Pagosa!

If you are looking for a place in the central part of the town, this is it. The kitchen was fully equipped. Nice cutting knife’s. Walking distance to the springs, restaurants, brewery’s and shops.

very nicely appointed little house in town. amenities were great. nice bathroom with great towels, fully outfitted kitchen, very comfortable large bed. ceiling fans and A/C were on when I arrived for a very pleasant welcome. hosts were responsive, flexible, and accommodating when I was delayed because of work. Great location in the center of town but since the house in not on the main road, it was quiet and did not feel busy around the property. easy check in and out. great spot, will stay again.

Just as was our last stay on this property it was excellent. Very clean, close proximity to everything and good communication with PM. It’s become our favorite place to stay in Pagosa Springs.

Great place for my wife and me: it had everything we needed: large king sized bed, separate living area, kitchen with all appliances, and full bath. The house was within walking distance of downtown, the river and hot springs, as well as some great eateries. Access was easy despite highway construction.

My husband, our dog, and I stayed here over the 4th of July weekend and absolutely loved it. The cottage was exactly as described—clean, well-appointed, and super comfortable. The king bed was a dream, the kitchen had everything we needed, and having a washer/dryer was a big bonus for an active trip.The location couldn’t be better! We walked everywhere—restaurants, shops, the river, even Black Bart’s Brunch just steps away. It was so nice to be able to explore downtown Pagosa Springs without ever needing to drive. We also really appreciated the property being dog-friendly. The host was a great communicator, very responsive and helpful from booking through check-out. Everything was smooth and stress-free. We’d absolutely stay here again next time we visit Pagosa!

Perfect location for your Pagosa Springs stay. Close to everything you need. The house was cute, clean and had everything you would need for your stay.

The property manager was superb and quick to respond to a fire alarm (bad battery in an older unit). The location is excellent. Our only concern is for the City of Pagosa Springs and the downtown construction on the major artery through town, scheduled to last at least two years. Pagosa is a wonderful town, and the scenic beauty surrounding it is our favorite in all of Colorado. We only hope that downtown businesses can survive the construction.

Last minute trip to Pagosa and found this little cabin/cottage- a gem. Within a mile of the hot springs and places to eat, walking distance. Property was clean, cute and spacious. Nice for a weekend trip. Would stay again!

We stayed two nights during our tourist trip to SW Colorado. Pagosa Springs did not disappoint. The Alley House was the perfect size and included everything we look for in a VRBO. PET FRIENDLY for our small dog. The management of the property was easy to work with and made sure our visit went smoothly. Tons of fun things to do in Pagosa Springs! Highly recommend hiking Reservoir Hill and Treasure Falls on the pass. Great fun - THANK YOU.

for easy walking access to downtown, and also has several restaurants near the house (literally across the street and within a minute or two walk). House was clean and cute, very nice kitchen area altho we only used the refrigerator and microwave. Lighting in all rooms was abundant which i appreciated, especially in the bathroom (I hate dim/scanty lighting). Had to contact one of the hosts once and response was within minutes and he was helpful and kind. Would stay here again!

We stayed 2 nights in Pagosa Springs on a road trip we were taking. The place was super clean and well stocked. We were able to do a load of laundry which was also nice. I walked to the hot springs to soak and shop in some cute small shops. My husband and I walked to the Mountain Pizza and Taproom and it was delicious. We didn't ski, but if you did it was a nice location to travel to Wolf Creek Pass ski resort as well. Nice town and great place to stay. to the

Super place for our stay..so comfortable and surpassed our expectations! Two suggestions from a fellow host- replace shower curtain liner, replace oven grease tray, was full of grease.

It’s actually not too tiny but it’s the perfect place to stay for 1-2 people. Right downtown to all the good stuff and the owners are the best! I’ve stayed twice and plan on being back.
