Stayed Sep 29, 2025Little Gull is a charming, well-equipped home-away-from-home.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969One comment. It would be good to make it clear that one of the bedrooms is a master and the other smaller with fewer facilities, especially if two couples renting and one couple has to have the smaller room.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969After a long journey we were surprised at such a great location and lovely accommodation. Close enough to Polzeath to walk and a long walk to Rock. The point is a nice place to have some food and drink. Good facilities in little Gul which enabled us to have a great week.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Loved the cottage. Huge beds and everything you could possibly need. We weren't that keen on the location as Rosearrow is just a collection of holiday homes in the middle of a golf course. However, we would consider returning just on the basis of the loveliness of Little Gul.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969This was our second stay at Little Gull and again didn’t disappoint. The cottage is a perfect size for a couple or small family. We stayed with our toddler and dog and found the place very comfortable with all kitchen amenities thought of. It felt like home from home. This is a cottage set on the side of an embankment so during winter months can feel a little damp on main bedroom but we were pleased it seemed additional ventilation had been added since our last stay and with heating on low this wasn’t a problem. I’m sure this isn’t a problem in warmer months. The weather was hit and miss but with comfy sofa, heating on and a nice dinner cooking we enjoyed a film afternoon one day. Never stayed anywhere before that’s comfortable enough to sit and mooch about! I’m sure we’ll be back another time.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Very well organised and set out inside. Our only complaint is that the machines were so modern that even with instructions and our daughter with us we could not get to grips with the television, heating etc. Otherwise really can't complain except for the sun going off the garden too early but realise that all depends on time of year etc.!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Little Gull is a high spec house perfect for four people. It is well equipped, tastefully furnished, well positioned and is dog friendly. This was our second stay there - the first was two years ago and the property has been kept in excellent order during that time. It is a great base for exploring the North Cornwall coast. It is a twenty minute walk to beautiful Polzeath and we enjoyed a weeks membership at the Health club, The point, just a few hundred years from the house. It really is a lovely little abode. My only criticism was the bed that I slept on which is a tad hard and uncomfortable but that may have been just me!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great week spent in a fab converted barn. The owners have thought of everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Good location for Padstow and Port Isaac. The only negative would be the state of the road down to the property.
