We had the best stay here. It was cute and clean and convenient to everything in the area. We were so impressed!

The property was as Described! 😊 CLEAN and Pics were accurate. My only dislikes were it is on a noisier street, it could use room darkening window treatments and there is enough room for queen size beds

We stayed here for 4 nights and it was great!! The house is spacious and has everything you need. We had a total of 4 guests and it was the perfect size for us. The host was easy to communicate with and checking in was easy. The location was great and you can drive to any of the nearby attractions. We would stay here again!

Communication with Michelle was easy and she was quite responsive. A couple of weeks prior to arrival she was very helpful in dealing with an issue with VRBO. In addition, I accidentally left my toiletries bag behind and she was very gracious about making arrangements to mail it back to me.

This house looked like it had recently been redecorated/remodeled. Everything was in excellent condition and the home was well supplied. Very clean and we all slept great. The mattresses were really comfortable. The location was great for our trip. We were at a conference downtown and also sightseeing. This house was convenient to everything we needed. (Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs) As it is close to downtown, there is some street noise at night, but we used a sound machine and were fine. Our communication with Michelle was very good and she handled an unavoidable problem that arose quite quickly and we were thankful for the way we were treated and communicated with. We couldn't have asked for anything more. She is a responsive host and we will rent again if back in the area. Thank you for a great stay!

Great location, comfortable beds and very clean!

Michelle is a terrific host. She was spot on with all the information and answered all our questions perfectly. The house is immaculate and the layout is really nice for four adults. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen and family rooms are wonderful. The house is located near downtown and is close to lots of good restaurants and shopping. We highly recommend dining at the Rabbit Hole and Amore Italian Grille. The only downside to the house is its proximity to E Platt street. There is a fair amount of street noise at all hours. Both nights we heard drag racing and engines revving up at 2 am. Otherwise a great stay and a great host.

The house was perfect. The location was walking distance to a nice park. We could have walked downtown, but chose to drive. Everything was within anout 15 minutes (pikes peak, gorden og gods, red rock). The host was very responsive and check in and out was super easy.

This was a great place to stay in Colorado Springs. It was close to excellent places to eat. The house had everything needed, was clean, and comfortable.

The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The space was perfect for out little get away. It was very close to Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak. I didn't have to contact the owner (which meant there were no issues) and her instructions were easy to follow. The street was a little to noisy for my likings. All in all we had no complaints.

Very clean, well stocked with dishes and other supplies. Beds are really comfortable. Perfect location for seeing all the popular sites.

Overall location was great! Layout of house was good, 2 couples, 2 bathrooms is necessary...very walkable neighborhood...

Our family had an absolutely fantastic stay in Colorado Springs! The house was spacious, incredibly clean, and perfectly located, making it super convenient for all of our adventures. We loved the stunning views and spotting wildlife. A major highlight was white water rafting at Royal Gorge - an unforgettable experience! We also enjoyed delicious meals, especially the Skirted Heifer (a must-try after seeing it on Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives!), amazing coffee at Bird Tree Cafe, and some unique boutique shopping. We highly recommend this property!

We visited our granddaughter at Colorado College. This house is very comfortable, and has totally modern HVAC. Can’t recommend it enough!

Such a cute house! Very tastefully decorated, comfortable, and super clean. Michelle has thought of everything you need! The location is very convenient to Walgreen’s, Dutch Brothers, and Burger King - just a short walk down the street. We would gladly stay here again!
